★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už druhý týden mi nikdo nezvedá telefon a to volám v pracovní dny a několikrát po sobě a nic. Nechápu od čeho tam ten telefon mají.
For the second week in a row, no one answers my phone and I call it on weekdays and several times in a row and nothing. I don't understand what they got the phone from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od 1.6. mají omezenou pracovní dobu jen na pondělí a středu, nebylo by od škody aktualizovat v dnešní internetové době tuto změnu. Samozřejmě tam mají, že po telefonické domluvě lze i jindy. Nicméně to by ten telefon musel nejdříve někdo zvednout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc mily a vstricny personal. Poradi kam jit, co a jak vyplnit. Bez zbytevne byrokracie a cekami ve frontach.
Very nice and helpful staff. They advise where to go, what and how to fill in. Without unnecessary bureaucracy and waiting in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musel jsem navštívit 2x s ročním odstupem, a to pouze podatelnu. Pokaždé jsem návštěvu předem ověřil na jejich webu. Poprvé měli zavřeno, protože se nenamáhali aktualizovat otevírací dobu. Podruhé mi řekli, že tuto agendu (rodičovská) zrovna převzalo jiné pracoviště pro Prahu 9, takže si mám zajít tam. Samozřejmě na webu i na vstupních dveřích napsáno, že je to zde.
Jinak vnitřní prostory příšerné.
I had to visit twice a year, and only the registry office. Each time, I verified the visit in advance on their website. They were closed for the first time because they did not bother to update opening hours. They told me for the second time that this agenda (parental) had just been taken over by another workplace for Prague 9, so I should go there. Of course, it is written on the web and on the front door that it is here.
Otherwise the interior spaces terrible.
