P	Pavel Slama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instituce dopravně naprosto nedostupná. Autem není kde zaparkovat, na kole není kudy dojet, pěšky je to bez tramvajenky ze všech stran daleko. Otevírací doba je na internetových stránkách uvedena špatně, skutečnou se dozvíte až na dveřích na místě. Místní zaměstnanci vám přidávají práci tím, že vám sdělí doporučený postup v konkrétní věci, při jehož dodržení pak proti vám vedou řízení. Tato instituce je po všech stránkách ostudou celého města. Institution completely unavailable for transport. There is no place to park by car, there is no way to get on the bike, it is far from all sides on foot without a tram. The opening hours are incorrect on the website, you can find out the real one at the door on the spot. Local staff add work to you by telling you the recommended course of action on a particular case, and they are taking action against you. This institution is a disgrace to the whole city in all respects.

Ta paní u okýnka si asi myslí, že při pátečku a kávičce se nedělá :) hlavně že má čas během pracovní doby pomlouvat nějakou paní D******ou s dalšíma dvěma.. K tomu její podrážděnost, když se někdo k okýnku přiblíží. Dál jsem nešel, zajdu si na úřad jinam. Možná bych dal lepší hodnocení, kdybych se mohl dostat alespoň dál, než jen nepříjemná recepce. (Chtěl jsem dát 0, ale to nejde). Zdar Thank you for a spoiled Friday. I 'm never going here again. Absolutně neví, o čem mluví, jednu věc řekne vyloží pokaždé jinak… je mi líto, ale tento člověk nemá na takové pozici co dělat… zeptáte se na jednoduchou věc, ona si to u někoho ověří, jak to tedy je a stejně to nakonec řekne špatně. Kvůli ní jsem přišla jsem zbytečně přišla o peníze a ještě se ani neomluví a bude tvrdit, že chyba není na její straně… neskutečný člověk The actions of the staff disaster, especially Mrs. Perinova! K	Kateřina Lišková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zařizování příspěvku Nejhorší pracoviště co jsem zažila. Pravá ruka neví co dělá ta druhá- toto platí přesně na tamní úřednice. Napoprvé jsem vážila cestu úplně zbytečně, protože na netu měli chybné údaje, napodruhé jsem se bavila s milou úřednicí (označuji č.1), která mi ale neřekla všechny potřebné materiály, které budu potřebovat. To jsem zjistila za týden u druhé úřednice, která mi zase vyvrátila to, co tvrdila ta první..obě úřednice byly v jedné kanceláři a 1. úřednice vysvětlovala 2. úřednici, že ten postup, který mi před týdnem navrhla je opravdu možný ..to jako vážně?! To má každá jiné informace?! Dozvěděla jsem se, že musím přijít potřetí, protože jim chybí to, co mi neřekla úřednice č.1. Pověřila jsem chlapa, aby jim to donesl další týden, kde mu úřednice č.3 vše převzala a řekla, že to je vyřízeno. Cca za týden mi volá úřednice z jiného města, že jim chybí ověření totožnosti(což měla udělat úřednice č. 3)..a že jim musim poslat doklad emailem..!!! Takže sečteno podtrženo, před návštěvou této instituce se obrňte pořádnými nervy, protože taková neschopnost všech třech úřednic (a těch, kteří je tam trpí) se jen tak nevidí!!! Does everyone have different information ?! I learned that I had to come a third time because they missed what Officer No. 1 hadn't told me. I commissioned a guy to bring it to them the next week, where Officer No. 3 took over everything from him and said it was settled. About a week later, an official from another city calls me that they lack identity verification (which official office No. 3 should have done) .. and that I have to send them a document by email .. !!! So, bottom line, before visiting this institution, be very nervous, because such an incompetence of all three officials (and those who suffer there) is simply not seen !!!
D	Daniela Hudeckova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto otřesný personál, i ochranka se chová k lidem lépe. Absolutně nespolupracuji, arogantní chování, neustále stačí dokumenty. Měli by tam dělat lidi co chtějí pomáhat. Absolutně žádné sociální cítění nic. Tyto bytosti by měli dělat psychologicke testy a to poradne!!!!!! Absolutely appalling staff, and security treats people better. I do not cooperate at all, arrogant behavior, documents are always enough. They should make people there who want to help. Absolutely no social feelings of anything. These creatures should do psychological tests and do counseling !!!!!!

Možná dříve před několika lety jsem dobrou zkušenost neměla, ale co se týče personálu, zde doba pokročila k lepšímu. Například paní BC. ANETA KUKLÍNKOVÁ je velice profesionální a zároveň vlídná ke klientům. Šla jsem jedné své klientce jako doprovod k PvN a paní Kuklíková s mou klientkou jednala na velmi vysoké úrovni. Bez žádných předsudků a úšklebků bez arogance. Dělá svou práci velmi poctivě a precizně, vše velmi trpělivě a přátelsky vysvětlí. I s PANÍ JARMILOU COUFALOVOU jsme byli velice spokojeni, také paní na svém místě. Mluví s citem k dané sociální situaci a s klidem vše vysvětlila a vyslechla. S mou klientkou jednala také na velmi vysoké úrovni a bez předsudků. BUDOVA JE ALE HODNĚ ZASTARALÁ, TMAVÁ A FAKTEM JE ŽE TOALETY NEJSOU NEJSILNĚJŠÍ STRÁNKA... TO BY SE SNAD MOHLO NĚJAK VYLEPŠIT :-) As for the official social workers, I am pleasantly surprised. Maybe a few years ago I didn't have a good experience, but as far as the staff is concerned, the time has progressed for the better. For example, Mrs. BC. ANETA KUKLÍNKOVÁ is very professional and at the same time kind to her clients. I went to one of my clients as an escort to PvN and Mrs. Kuklíková negotiated with my client at a very high level. No prejudices and no smiles without arrogance. He does his job very honestly and precisely, explaining everything very patiently and friendly. We were also very satisfied with MRS JARMILA COUFAL, also a lady in her place. She speaks with feeling about the given social situation and calmly explained and listened to everything. She also dealt with my client at a very high level and without prejudice. THE BUILDING IS BUT VERY OBSOLETE, DARK AND THE FACT IS THAT THE TOILETS ARE NOT THE STRONGEST SITE ... THAT COULD BETTER EASY :-)
H	Honzi náč on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento ústav by měli zrušit. Na toaletách smrad, není tam mýdlo ani ručník ani toaleťák, naštěstí v krajní nouzi můžete použít formuláře, těch tam mají dost. They should abolish this institute. Stink toilets, there is no soap or towel or dressing table, fortunately you can use forms in extreme need, there are plenty of them.
