I must commend the approach of Mgr. Lenka Csemiová, her behavior and attitude towards me was professional and very respectable with human attitude. I wish there were more such officials that we pay from our taxes.

The office in Cologne is terrible. Why don't you put the stands with numbers like the post office and stuff there? Everyone is just overtaking ..... crazy office ... Do the stands with the numbers..thanks
