Terrible dealings with people, they will send you with the form of the house to build when you have it filled, I do not know what the offices are for ... about drinking coffee, a building that looks like a boiler room among the prefabricated houses

There may not be a worse office than in Trebon. I have never experienced such arrogant behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejlepší jednání, co jsem na úřadě zažila. Bydlím zde nově, trvalé bydliště mám daleko, a i přes to, že bych měla vše vyřizovat tam, tak zde mě paní vyslechla, vše trpělivě vysvětlila, poradila, a zodpověděla mé (možná hloupé) dotazy. Vše je to o lidech a přístupu, a tady byl ten přístup fakt na špičkové úrovni :)
PS: v trvalém bydlišti mě zastavili po prvni větě, řekli že nemám zatím na nic nárok (byla jsem tam dva dny před oficiálním skončením pracovního poměru), dali mi papír k vyplnění a poslali mě k šípku, ať přijdu později (i přes to, že jsem říkala, že později musím odjet a už se tam nedostanu).
The best deal I've ever had in the office. I live here new, my permanent residence is far away, and despite the fact that I should handle everything there, so the lady listened to me, explained everything patiently, advised, and answered my (maybe stupid) questions. It's all about people and attitude, and here the attitude was really top level :)
PS: I was stopped at the permanent residence after the first sentence, they said I was not entitled to anything (I was there two days before the official termination of employment), they gave me the paper to fill in and sent me to the arrow to come later that I said I had to leave later and I couldn't get there anymore).

Práci jsem našla i bez nich, ale mám kvůli nim teď dluh u pojišťovny, protože za mě nezaplatili nic.. A to mi bylo slíbeno, že se po dobu, co jsem tam přihlášena nemusím starat o placení pojištění..
