★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma TOVOK provádí opravy velice kuriózním způsobem. Firma byla přivolána v pátek 26.2.2021 na opravu radiátoru do věžového domu o třinácti nadzemních podlažích. Protože v bytě kde měla být oprava provedena se nachází bydlící v karanténě a oni do takového bytu nesmí vstupovat, vyřešili opravu tím, že vypustili stoupací potrubí pro vytápění. Dnes je pondělí 1.3.2021 a ve všech třinácti podlažích se doposud netopí, bylo nám však přislíbeno, že po skončení karantény bude radiátor opraven a vytápění bude zprovozněno. Podotýkám, že se jedná o rohové byty 1 + 2, kde díky tomu netopí dva největší radiátory.
The TOVOK company carries out repairs in a very curious way. The company was called on Friday, February 26, 2021, to repair the radiator in a tower house with thirteen floors. Because there is a quarantined resident in the apartment where the repair was to be carried out and they are not allowed to enter such an apartment, they solved the repair by draining the heating riser. Today is Monday, March 1, 2021, and it is still not heated on all thirteen floors, but we were promised that after the quarantine, the radiator will be repaired and the heating will be put into operation. I would like to point out that these are corner flats 1 + 2, where, thanks to this, the two largest radiators do not heat.
