K	Karolína on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urgentní příjem v této nemocnici je šílený. Personál recepce je neochotný, arogantní a po mé zkušenosti neseznamen s pravomocemi recepční. Paní vám po telefonu odsouhlasit že vaše pracovní neschopnost je zrušena ke dni ke kterému jste chteli,ale o týden později se dozvíte za do zaměstnání ukončení pracovní neschopnosti nedorazilo. Jděte se osobně zeptat kde se stala chyba a paní na recepci neví a oznámí vám že uschopnit vás může pouze lékař. Už je to hodina a půl čekání a poslední hodinu nepřijali jediného cekajiciho pacienta. NEDOPORUČUJI The emergency reception at this hospital is insane. The reception staff is reluctant, arrogant and in my experience I do not know the powers of the receptionist. The lady will agree over the phone that your incapacity for work is canceled on the day you wanted, but a week later you will find out that the end of the incapacity for work has not arrived at work. Go in person to ask where the mistake happened and the lady at the reception does not know and will tell you that only a doctor can help you. It's been an hour and a half of waiting, and they haven't admitted a single patient waiting for the last hour. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ale ve čtvrt na čtyři vám řeknou, že nemají stahovací obvaz aby vám ošetřili dítě po úrazu ve škole ?. Ještě že to bylo jen zhmoždění. Už teď sháním pro jistotu sádrové obvazy, dlahy, vatu a přemýšlím co jeste by se hodilo aby mi mohli dítě příště ošetřit. V tomto lepšit nemocnici nenajdeteu. The waiting time for treatment was reduced from 1.5 hours to 40 minutes in 7 years. But at a quarter to four, they'll tell you they don't have a skin bandage to treat your child after an accident at school. Plus it was just a bruise. I'm already looking for plaster bandages, splints, cotton wool and I'm thinking about what else would be useful so that they can treat my child next time. You will not find a better hospital in this.
T	Tomáš Caha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijel jsem v 7:05 v neděli ráno s naraženým zápěstím. Bylo mi řečeno, že doktor je na vizitě a může přijít kolem 9:00 nebo i 9:30!!! Odjel jsem tedy domů. Personál arogantní a neochotný, jak už tu zaznělo, sem už se nevrátím. I arrived at 7:05 a.m. Sunday morning with my wrist bruised. I was told that the doctor is on a visit and can come around 9:00 or even 9:30 !!! So I went home. Staff arrogant and reluctant, as has already been said here, I will not return here.
O	Ondřej Svoboda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná zkušenost. Přišel jsem na recepci, že mi otekla ruku v oblasti lokte a kvůli bolesti ji nedokážu ani narovnat. Sestra se ani nepodívala a poslala mě pryč, že klouby neřeší a že si mám někde najít ortopedickou ambulanci. Přitom nešlo ani o problém kloubu, ale o infekci okolo. Na ortopedii mi nakonec udělali CHIRURGICKÝ ambulantní zákrok (lidově řečeno, nařízl mi to, vypustil hnis, vyčistil a s ATB poslal domů, dovolím si říct, že to by zvládli i na urgentu a nemusel jsem čekat 3 hodiny na orto). Příště už tam ani nejdu. Bad experience. I came to the reception desk that my hand was swollen in the elbow area and I couldn't even straighten it because of the pain. The nurse didn't even look and sent me away that my joints weren't working and that I should find an orthopedic clinic somewhere. It wasn't even a joint problem, but an infection around. They finally did an SURGICAL outpatient procedure at orthopedics (popularly speaking, he cut it for me, released the pus, cleaned it and sent it home with ATB, I dare say that they could do it even at the emergency room and I didn't have to wait 3 hours for the ortho). I won't even go there next time.
