★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vysetreni provedeno kvalitne, bez nalezu. Moc bez nalezu. Obtize se mirni ale stale pretrvavaji. Sestra zavesi telefon nez reknete slovo, nulovy zajem resit moje problemy, nebo navrhnout dalsi postup. Pokud bych takto pracoval ve svoji firme, tak nemam ani jednoho zakaznika.
A ted ze rise snu: Lekar/sestra vam sam zavola vysledky, zepta se vas na obtize, poradi a doporucuji dalsi postup, pokud obtize do tydne nezmizi, navrhne doplnujici vysetreni.

The nurse hangs up the phone before you say a word, has zero interest in solving my problems, or suggests what to do next. If I worked in my company like this, I wouldn't have a single customer.
