Smutné naštěstí jsem mohla jinam kde jsou jiné služby a chování... I said yes and the lady on the phone told me to go there. When I asked again about scheduling an appointment, she told me OK but in 1.5 months. A big no no for me. Nedoporučuji se na urologii objednávat na vyšetření telefonicky. Moje zkušenost je taková, že jsem potřeboval vyšetřit a než jsem stačil doříct jaký mám problém, sestřička (paní na telefonu) se mě zeptala, zdali jsem někdy už na urologii byl. Když jsem řekl, že ano, odpověděla mi, ať jdu tam. Když jsem se chtěl i přes to objednat, navrhla mi termín za měsíc a půl. I called the urology department to schedule an appointment and before I was able to finish explaining the problem I had and why I need to come for a checkup, I was asked if I've ever been to a urology doctor before. I said yes and the lady on the phone told me to go there. When I asked again about scheduling an appointment, she told me OK but in 1.5 months. A big no for me. I do not recommend urology to order for examination by phone. My experience is that I needed to investigate and before I could tell what my problem was, the nurse (the lady on the phone) asked me if I had ever been to urology. When I said yes, she told me to go there. When I wanted to make an appointment, she suggested a month and a half term.
C	Chhatra Adhikari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there two times with my friend who can’t speak czech as translators because personal doctor recommended me makes appointment she ask recommendations from doctor it’s i haven’t it I Wait for that 2 months from the taking appointments I very disappointed she was show rude like she is only one doctor in the world she starts loudly she look at like she want eat at list don’t visit there when you don’t know Czech language or you look like different then Czech she totally discriminate She never listens you
