Pani nie potrafiła mnie przekierować i była bardzo impertynencka. Nie mogąc sobie poradzić, swoją frustrację wyładowała na mnie. Takie informacje są w zakresie pani obowiązków. Jeśli sobie ktoś nie radzi, polecam kursy pracy z klientem, to nie PRL! Today I had an unpleasant conversation with a very unkind lady. I asked about the register of old streets. Kilku interesantów stoi na schodach . Dodatkowo pytanie się i tłumaczenie w jakim celu przyszedłem i czy byłem umówiony? Nie każdy chce mówić w obecności innych w jakim celu przyszedł. Nie rozumiem tej sytuacji ....i czym jest podyktowane takie traktowanie mieszkańców i kto wydał takie rozporządzenia skoro wszystkie sklepy , teatry ,kina , aquaparki ,restauracje czy parki rozrywki się są otwarte i pękają w szwach od ilości gości a w naszym kościele komunia rozdawana jest bez przestrzegania jakichkolwiek zasad bezpieczeństwa. Opłata w kasie, gdzie trzeba stać w kolejce i tutaj nikt nie przestrzega nadmiaru interesantów, ale za szklanymi drzwiami już tak. Wygląda na to, że urzędnicy się izolują od mieszkańców. Podobno można załatwić sprawę za pomocą strony, ale czy wszyscy mieszkańcy są biegli w te klocki? Wielu pracowników nie potrafi wskazać, gdzie jest jakieś biuro, bezradnie rozkładają ręce. Są jednak wydziały, w których pracują ludzie z sercem, np Stanu Cywilnego. Jak nie ma zbyt dużo osób umówionych można załatwić sprawę od ręki. Jednak niedowiarek urzędnik przy drzwiach musiał zadzwonić czy na pewno, bo przecież petent może oszukać. Ogólnie moje doświadczenie z załatwiania w urzędzie nie należy do miłych wspomnień. Szkoda, że urzędnicy boją się petentów,a Pani w sklepie musi obsługiwać i nie może się bać. Town hall in several buildings, running through Jan Paweł Square from building to building.
