★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plavani mi doporucil lekar, jelikoz mam od mala k plavani odpor, hledal jsem neco s jinym pristupem. Akademie V Aquatics mne zaujala svym netradicnim postojem a tudiz jsem se rozhodl jim dat sanci. Vybral jsem si individualni lekce, zdravotni stav se mi velice zlepsil, citim obrovsky pokrok a navic mne to zacalo dokonce i bavit :) urcite doporucuji
 The doctor recommended swimming for me, because I have a resistance to swimming since I was little, I was looking for something with a different approach. The Academy of Aquatics fascinated me with its unconventional attitude and so I decided to give them a chance. I chose individual lessons, my health improved a lot, I feel a lot of progress and I even started to enjoy it :) I definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když jsem se rozhodl oslovit V Aquatics, byl jsem rád, že uplavu několik bazénů prsa a měl jsem velké problémy s dechem. Již po první hodině jsem pochopil, že bez trenéra se prostě dobře naučit plavat nelze a že z plavání mám mít úplně jiný pocit, než jsem dosud měl. Začali jsme hned s kraulem a zaměřili jsme se na moje dýchání a po každé lekci jsem cítil obrovský pokrok. Individuální lekce s VASA můžu doporučit plavcům všech úrovní. Jdou vidět roky a roky zkušeností trenérů a opravdu moderní styl výuky, který je zároveň tréninkem a má opravdu rychlé a viditelné výsledky.
When I decided to reach out to Aquatics, I was happy to swim a few breast pools and I had big breathing problems. Already after the first lesson, I understood that it is simply impossible to learn to swim without a coach and that I should have a completely different feeling from swimming than I have had before. We started with a crawl and focused on my breathing, and after each lesson I felt a huge step forward. I can recommend individual lessons with VASA to swimmers of all levels. You can see the years and years of experience of coaches and a really modern style of teaching, which is also training and has really fast and visible results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only recommend VASA academy. I finally found a coach who pointed out all the wrong things in my freestyle. And as I see, we are in the good direction to fix them. Sometimes it hurts (okay, all the time :) ) but with all the feedback and patience it definitely worth it.
