★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVĚŘIT! Dávejte si velký pozor! Pán je navenek milý a přátelský, ale zároveň velmi arogantní. Pozemek, který si najdete na jiném inzerátu sám, Vám pan Vacula okomentuje, i když o něm nemá správné informace a přes advokátní a realitní přepisování a realizace odkupu (u jiné realitní kanceláře) se Vám do smlouvy přifaří a za ,,NIC" si naúčtuje 50.000,-. Za pozemek, který si najdete sami, bez něj. U přepisu každá strana mlčí (prodejce i nákupčí), protože oběma stranám řekl, že s provizí je domluvený s druhou stranou.. neštěstím bylo, že jsme si to s prodávajícím řekli, až po podpisu smlouvy. Snad jej penízky hřejí a dodají mu mnoho zdaru :-D
