★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to fix my boiler that has a problem with the water pressure for the past 5 years. 5 "years in a row that I pay their technicians 2 thousand Kč every time they come for service and they haven't been able to fix anything. It is awfully hard to get a hold of any of them and when they finally come they seem upset, make you feel like you are wasting their time and worst than all, they charge for service and don't fix anything!
