★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc hezká technická památka se nachází na naučné stezce vedoucí obcí Úvaly. Stojí u malého rybníčku a vypadá velmi malebně. Nemovitost je v soukromých rukou a je veřejnosti nepřístupná.
 Very nice technical monument is located on a nature trail leading through the village Úvaly. It stands by a small pond and looks very picturesque. The property is in private hands and is inaccessible to the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již počátkem 17. století zde byl malý vodní kolový mlýn. Postupně procházel úpravami a vzhledem k malému průtoku Výmoly byl také vybaven parním pohonem. Počátkem 20. století prošel větší přestavbou a modernizaci. Již dostal základ nynější podoby, byla použita rychlejší moderní technologie válcového mletí. K pohonu sloužily postupně dvě Francisovy turbíny a naftový motor. V 60. letech byla ukončena činnost a mlýn byl rozebrán. Zůstala tu ale malebná budova na hrázi.
Already at the beginning of the 17th century there was a small water wheel mill. Gradually it underwent modifications and due to the small flow of the pothole was also equipped with a steam engine. At the beginning of the 20th century, it underwent major reconstruction and modernization. It has already received the basis of its current form, faster modern technology of roller grinding has been used. Two Francis turbines and a diesel engine were used for propulsion. In the 1960s, the activity was terminated and the mill was dismantled. But a picturesque building on the dike remained.
