★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel musím konstatovat, že vyřízení pozůstalosti s jediným dědicem trvalo 14 měsíců. Bohužel byla ale chyba na straně notáře. Jednak v laxním přístupu a jednak v neschopnosti plnit svojí práci. Dostali od nás veškeré údaje, ale i tak si o odhad ceny nemovitosti řekli po neuvěřitelný 9 měsících. Pracoviště zemřelého vůbec nekontaktovali a díky tomu nás málem připravili o bezmála půl milionu. Kdybychom neudělali práci za ně tak bychom ty peníze nikdy neviděli. A ještě si z toho vezmou procenta. Díky průtahům také snížili hodnotu vozidla a navýšili cenu za nemovitost ze které si vzali procenta. Děkuji ale jim bych nesvěřil ani ověření podpisu.
Unfortunately, I must state that the settlement of the estate with the sole heir took 14 months. Unfortunately, there was a mistake on the part of the notary. On the one hand in a lax approach and on the other hand in the inability to perform their work. They received all the data from us, but they still asked for an estimate of the property price after an incredible 9 months. They did not contact the deceased's workplace at all, and thanks to that, they almost deprived us of almost half a million. If we didn't do the work for them, we would never see the money. And they take a percentage of it. Thanks to the delays, they also reduced the value of the vehicle and increased the price of the property from which they took a percentage. Thank you, but I wouldn't even entrust them with signature verification.
