★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po prvním rozhovoru odsouhlasila podmínky pronájmu garáže (více uživatelů) s tím že zavolá o pár hodin později s detaily. Nezavolala a naháněl jsem ji po telefonu několik dní. Odpověděla v SMS po x-tém telefonátu že si majitelka nepřeje více uživatelů. Vím že garáž je pro realiťáka nejmenší výdělek, ale takhle se zákazníkem nejedná.
After the first interview, she agreed to the conditions for renting the garage (multiple users), with the proviso that she would call a few hours later with details. She didn't call and I chased her on the phone for several days. She replied in an SMS after the x-th call that the owner did not want more users. I know that a garage is the least earning for a realtor, but that's not the way to treat a customer.
