★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud navštívíte skanzen v Zubrnicích, nezapomeňte taky navštívit Valschův vodní mlýn, který je vzdálen cca 750 m od náměstí. Jedná se o malý vodní mlýn z roku 1803. Mlýn je zcela renovovaný s funkčním vodním kolem na horní náhon. Uvnitř je expozice mlynářství věnovaná způsobu života rodiny mlynáře a vlastnímu způsobu mletí mouky. V rámci prohlídky bylo i otevření náhonu a roztočení vodního kola, takže bylo možné vidět celý mlýn v chodu.
If you visit the open-air museum in Zubrnice, don't forget to visit the Valsch water mill, which is located about 750 m from the square. It is a small water mill from 1803. The mill is completely renovated with a functional water wheel for the upper drive. Inside, there is an exhibition of milling dedicated to the way of life of the miller's family and the way of grinding flour. As part of the tour, the drive was opened and the water wheel spun, so it was possible to see the entire mill in operation.
