D	Daniel Novak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedním slovem Kocourkov. Emailem stornuji objednávku, přijde potvrzení o stornovaní, další den obdržím informaci, že objednávku předávají dopravci. Na infolince mi paní (velmi nepříjemná a arogantní) tvrdí, že jsem musel udělat objednávky 2. Na číslo objednávky se nepodívá, protože musí "resetovat systém" ( v pozadí jsou slyšet projíždějící auta a šrum ulice). Zavolám tedy za 30 minut, zvedne to jiná paní (tentokrát celkem milá) a tvrdí, že nikdo nic nestornoval (přesto mám info o stornu v mailu). Naštěstí to není problém, protože i přesto, že dle posledního mailu předali objednávku dopravci, objednávka stále čeká ve skladu. Ujistila mě, že zboží stornuje. Druhý den volá PPL, že mi vezou objednávku. :) BTW.: Celá tato velice podařená akce trvala od objednání přesně 10 dní. Zde už nikdy. In a word, Kocourkov. I cancel the order by email, a confirmation of the cancellation arrives, the next day I receive information that the order is handed over to the carrier. At the infoline, the lady (very annoying and arrogant) tells me that I had to place orders 2. She doesn't look at the order number because she has to "reset the system" (passing cars and street noise are heard in the background). So I'll call in 30 minutes, another lady will pick it up (this time quite nice) and claim that no one has canceled anything (yet I have info about the cancellation in the email). Fortunately, this is not a problem, because even though, according to the last e-mail, the order was handed over to the carrier, the order is still waiting in the warehouse. She assured me she was canceling the goods. The next day, PPL calls to take my order. :) BTW .: This whole very successful event took exactly 10 days from ordering. Never here again.

I	Iga J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że zostałam przez te firmę oszukana i okradziona. Za towar którego w paczce nie było nie otrzymałam zwrotu pieniędzy, a minęły dwa miesiące. Obsługa klienta to dno i wodorosty, arogancka osoba o imieniu Karolina Piechura która jak można wywnioskować jest Polką - nie potrafi czytać ze zrozumieniem i odpowiadać na zadane pytania. Prosiłam tylko o potwierdzenie przelewu za brakujące produkty - jak do ściany. Sugerowanie że kłamię, że mogę po dwóch miesiącach odesłać całą paczkę na swój koszt a wtedy zwrócą całość - żałosne. Od czeskiej obsługi na Facebooku dostałam wiadomość że został zlecony zwrot całej kwoty za zamówienie - kłamstwo, żadnych pieniędzy nie dostałam. Jeśli zamawiacie cokolwiek u tej firmy liczcie się z tym że przy problemach nie zobaczycie już nawet złotówki, a stracicie nerwy na próby kontaktu z osobami które nie nadają się chyba do żadnej pracy. Warto też wiedzieć, że sklep mimo posiadania polskiej strony nie daje możliwości zwrotu towaru - wysyłka do Czech kosztuje ponad 70 zł. Sprawa została zgłoszona do uokik razem z całą korespondencją z wielmożną Panią Karoliną i z messengera. I can confidently say that I was cheated and robbed by this company. Customer service is a bottom and seaweed, an arrogant person named Karolina Piechura who, as you can deduce, is Polish - cannot read with understanding and answer questions. I just asked for confirmation of the transfer for the missing products - like to the wall. Suggesting that I am lying that I can send back the entire package after two months at my own expense and then they will return the whole package - pathetic. From the Czech service on Facebook, I got a message that a refund of the entire amount for the order had been ordered - a lie, I didn't get any money. If you order anything from this company, take into account that in case of problems you will not see even a zloty, and you will lose your nerves trying to contact people who are probably unsuitable for any work. It is also worth knowing that the store, despite having a Polish website, does not offer the possibility of returning the goods - shipping to the Czech Republic costs over PLN 70. The case was reported to uokik along with all correspondence with Ms. Karolina and the messenger.

Poté jsem objednal zboží, jedno přišlo poškozené a druhé neprislo vůbec, sice e shop vše napravil, poslal mi peníze zpátky za zboží, ale já chtěl zboží a ne penize Everything went well, until the store canceled payment by cash on delivery. R	Raster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednávám několik let a jedním slovem spokojenost. Vždy vše v pořádku, reklamace zboží v pořádku... I když mě paní přesvědčovala, že roztržený pytel ničemu nevadí (až na to, že nikdo neví jak dlouho roztrhlý byl a riskovat zažívací potíže u citlivé kočky - ne děkuji). I přesto reklamace vyřešena. S dopravou jsem spokojená. PPL má úžasné lidí, kteří mi vždy vyjdou vstříc! Ceny taky paráda, nově se za dopravu bohužel musí platit bez cenového omezení. Even though the lady convinced me that the torn bag didn't matter (except that no one knows how long it was torn and risked digestive problems in a sensitive cat - no thank you). Even so, the complaint was resolved. I am satisfied with the transport. PPL has amazing people who will always cater to me! The prices are also great, unfortunately you have to pay for the transport without a price limit.
