After many years of satisfaction, I have to, though reluctantly, drastically change my rating. In the last month, several outages, when we have been without internet for a few days. Everything is probably related to the replacement of the provider's burnt out switches in our house. Since then, the connection is absolutely unusable. Although he tries to solve the problem, he fails and quite frankly, even though I'm from the industry, as a paying customer, I stop enjoying it. Perhaps the services will soon return to normal, otherwise we will consider changing providers.

Vasesit provides the Internet and comprehensive care. If you pay, Vasesit does not bother to offer higher speed or better conditions - so it's all up to you - but OK, many companies do. When I started dealing with the company, its approach was very negative. Finally, a gentleman called me saying it was a pity that I did not have to change the antenna, that I had a higher connection speed, but none of the sales department did not tell me and their behavior was purely aggressive. Subsequently, they wrote to me that I have for 1000, - buy dismantling the antenna - after several years of paying comprehensive care so I do not have to worry about anything and pay extra. I really do not recommend this business and I only have bad experience with it: 1) very poor connection quality - but it may be because I had some old antenna. The whole thing smells like some fraud, or just pulling money out of the pockets of customers. It should at least explain how it will compensate for service outages and not impose overpriced devices on me. This is common with most vendors.

Their case was given to the media, the Internet media, and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. Getting this ordinary person destroys him by intimidation and penalties. No one will go to court with this company on what they have business because it has no time to spend complaining and repairing the internet or obstruction. LAM s.r.o. is a family arrogant company under the leadership of Mr. 55let, Managing Director, Mr. Jan Bárta, who has x companies in Lidkidation or canceled - the corresponding negotiations. According to their sales representative, the criticizing firm itself does not understand that the company is still working. Among other things, I had a very high-priced tariff plan and it did not help (mainly to arrange neighbors to connect). I'm like companies like this. I am glad that as an IT entrepreneur, I would like to see LAM s.r.o. competition.

Incredibly! Based on several circumstances (moving the company to another address and high prices for their services), we decided to terminate the services. Information on the customer line that it is enough to send the notice on their form by email. We did. But - then the information that this is definitely not possible and we have to send it by mail. Leaving aside the fact that the year is 2020, when everything is solved electronically, a nationwide quarantine is also announced and the company insists on sending it by post !!! Most state and non-state institutions at this time go out to accommodate everyone at most, this company certainly does not count among them. Own business, money, etc. are more than human health and quarantine ordered by the government, are they, Mr. Huber?!?

ATTENTION THE GREATEST, such a usurer should not operate on the market at all. Don't let them speak with you when you sign the contract! The service is more expensive than the competition, but in 8 years without any problems. Internet stable, over the entire service provision problem solved only 2x via remote access. As long as a person pays, the company has no need to increase the speed of the Internet, you need to be reminded to increase your speed. In times of high competition, it is incomprehensible that they do not care about customers and do not want to keep them. This was evident when the contract was terminated. For the antenna, which you can buy from them for 2000, -, or lend for 150, - / month, at the termination of the contract, in the case of rental, have to pay 1000, - CZK for dismantling. In my case after 8 years I paid about 13000, - for the antenna, in addition I should pay 1000, - for the handover of the antenna to the technician even in the case of my own professional dismantling, or personal delivery to the company 900, -. I resolutely reject this because I have not signed any such contract with this company. And the arguments that they have it in internal rules, so I do not take it. Beware of this business, read all reviews about it, the business owner, and how this business works. So I add another response from your network or Lam Plus. They already threaten legal departments and enforcement. Beware of them, they are really bullshit, the notice you have to send them by post says that you have to allow the dismantling of the device and pay a one-time fee. But it is not listed anywhere, so they can easily ask you a million, because you have committed to signing. Away from such companies, even though the reviews can be read nowadays to keep people from being fooled.

As a former customer, I can mention the following. I was quite satisfied with the internet, outages were resolved quickly, or the next day a technician left. As for the approach of the sales department, it's appalling and I really can't and don't want to recommend it. Do not hope that this provider will meet your needs. They have their business conditions, which correspond to everything and they are no longer interested. There are some seniors working on the customer line who are barely understandable. If you terminate the contract, you will have to send the notice + WiFi router to their address at your expense, which you will of course never see again. If you want a technician to come for it, disconnect everything (including the WAT cable), then prepare CZK 1,000 When the technician connected the internet during my move-in, he didn't even know that I had a router for free, thanks to the selected tariff. So he wanted a lot of money for me :) This company probably lives in the 90's, or I really don't know where the mistake is.
