★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Průměrné fitko. Pan na recepci který dovolí týkát na zákazníky. Zlomená klika dveří záchodu v ženské šatně. Už dlouho nefunkční cyklotrenazer. Pouze 2 běžecke pásy.
Drobnosti které trochu kazí cely dojem. Jinak to jde, ale radši chodím jinam
Average fit. Mr. at the reception who allows you to relate to customers. Broken toilet door handle in a woman's locker room. A cyclotrenazer that has not been working for a long time. Only 2 treadmills.
Trivia that spoils the whole impression a bit. It works differently, but I'd rather go somewhere else

- not crowded on weekends and after 19:30 on work days (cannot say about other times though);
- all necessary equipment for strength training is present;
- possibility to pay for a single visit (100 CZK);
- low prices in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym. Advantages: Good deadlift platforms, new machines including reverse hyper, decent bench. Owners actually smile when you walk into the gym, something that is rare in Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried Jiu Jitsu lesson at this gym. it's great that the first lecture was for free. Tatami and dressing rooms are perfect. only the coach was not good. I have been doing Jiu Jitsu for two years now and I can imagine what the level of training should be. Roman Moskovsky showed absolute unprofessionalism. he was rude and inconsiderate. his knowledge is not enough to teach Jiu Jitsu. don't waste your time and money
