Teraz som sa rozhodla skusit niekoho noveho a na zaklade pozitivnych recenzii som si v tomto vcelarstvi objednala med lesny, kvetovy a akatovy. Dnes mi prisli. Otvorila som lesny a kvetovy. Chutovo je dobry, normalny med. Ale konzistencia ma velmi sklamala. Tak riedky med som od vcelara nikdy nemala. Keby som nevedela, ze je od vcelara, myslela by som si, ze je zriedeny vodou. Zvyknem si ponorit lyzicku do medu, po vytiahnuti s nou zatocit a bezne zostane plna medu. Ale tento med cely okamzite stecie, zostane akurat "film" na lyzicke. Divne. Mne toto nevyhovuje. Dakujem za vysvetlenie. Technologii sice nerozumiem, ale je dobre, ze ste ma upozornili, ze medy maju primes akatu. Ten viem, ze je redsi a nekrystalizuje. Takze teraz mi dava zmysel, ze je redsi ak kvetovy a lesny a mozno ani nezhustnu alebo len minimalne. Ok. Mozno by nebolo zle to napisat k popisu medu. Ked je clovek roky zvyknuty na urcitu standardnu hustotu od inych vcelarov, toto moze ludi "zaskocit" a zbytocne to vyvolava dojem, ze nieco nie je v poriadku. Zvysila som vam teda hviezdicky. I have been taking honey from two beekeepers for several years. Now I have decided to try someone new and based on positive reviews, I have ordered forest, flower and acacia honey in this beekeeping. They came to me today. I opened the forest and flowers. The taste is good, normal honey. But the consistency disappointed me a lot. I've never had such thin honey since a bee-eater. If I didn't know it was from a bee, I would think it was diluted with water. I get used to immersing the spoon in the honey, after pulling it out, turn it over and usually stay full of honey. But this honey drains the whole thing, it just stays "film" on the ski. Weird. This doesn't suit me. Thanks for the explanation. I don't understand the technology, but it's good that you warned me that honeys have an acacia. I know it's redsi and it doesn't crystallize. So now it makes sense to me that it is thinner if it is floral and forest and maybe it won't even thicken or only minimally. OK. It might not be wrong to write it to describe honey. When a person has been accustomed for years to a certain standard density from other beekeepers, this can "jump in" people and unnecessarily give the impression that something is wrong. So I increased your stars.
