Repeatedly arrogant approach of the manager, moreover as a bonus I had to get the chips for free and at home I found out that they are charged on the invoice.

EDIT: Pokud je domluvené datum, které jste v tom chaosu zřejmě ztratili, pak chápu, že voláte předčasně a dožadujete se vrácení. A očividně k první připomínce nic nemáte. Takže se u vás zřejmě chyba stala.
They are unable to assign an order to a name, and a few days before the return date of borrowed beeps, the manager calls and requests a return.
EDIT: If it's an agreed date that you probably lost in the chaos, then I understand you're calling early and demanding a refund. And obviously you have nothing to comment on. So you probably made a mistake.
