naša organizácia zmenila grafiku veľmi blízko festivalu ne ktorí sme potrebovali nový stan s novou grafikou. Mali sme preto len pár dní na jeho vyrobenie. Nikto nebol schopný nám sľúbiť dodanie stanu včas.
Vella s.r.o však pohotovo objednávku vzala. Skontrolovali nám grafiku ktorá bola spracovaná hrozne na rýchlo a aj keď sme sa už zmierili s tým že je v nadľudských silách stan stihnúť za tak krátky čas dokončiť a priviesť do Prahy tak nám aj napriek tomu v prvý deň festivalu stihol prísť.
Stan je krásne potisnutý, v suprovej prenosnej taške a hlavne pevný. V ten víkend nás na festivale zastihlo otrasné počasie a zatiaľ čo ostatné stany lietali, náš držal.
Špičkový servis a ešte špičkovejší produkt.
Great experience, definitely Vella s.r.o. I recommend
our organization changed the graphics very close to the festival not who needed a new tent with new graphics. Therefore, we only had a few days to make it. No one was able to promise us the delivery of the tent on time.
However, Vella s.r.o promptly took the order. They checked the graphics, which were processed very quickly, and even though we have already come to terms with the fact that it is in the superhuman strength to finish the tent in such a short time and bring it to Prague, we still managed to come to us on the first day of the festival.
The tent is beautifully printed, in a super portable bag and especially strong. That weekend we were hit by terrible weather at the festival and while the other tents were flying, he kept ours.
