This shop sent me a part for something I didn't order for no reason. Because I own several packages a day at my own restaurant, I paid for the cash on delivery. . After the telephone conversation I was told that they would return the money and pick up the goods. Unfortunately, I have been waiting for ten days and nobody is returning anything, they just make excuses. So customer support doesn't work here at all. And they show an absolute lack of interest in solving something.

I NOTE THAT THIS REVIEW IS RETROSPECTIVE ABOUT 7 YEARS BACK and does not necessarily reflect the current quality of Venta's service. The company remodeled the bathroom of my current wife about 7 years ago. This event failed a lot ... Last time yesterday I dealt with "inherited" defects and shortcomings after this company. List of defects and shortcomings: 1. They left old cast-iron waste in the middle of the bathroom, with which there are still problems - they are constantly clogging - we have to "mole". 2. 4 days ago, when we changed a very old (still original) boiler for a new - the plumbers somehow lacked the boiler's drain valve (Venta simply did not install it - either the plumber did not know at that time or had it paid and not mounted - hard to say) 3. Wall outlets are directly in the plastic - no plastic / metal adapter, so the pipe in case of damage (eg when changing the boiler) can no longer be repaired without cutting the tiles. 4. I had to cut and clean the outlet of the washing machine straight on the wall (it was cut off crookedly and it leaked slightly when it moved through the hose). Plus, the seals were poorly mounted here - he discarded one sieve and moved the other to where it should be and where it was. After this adjustment, the outlet on the washing machine is finally tightened by hand and does not drip at all. 5. An electrical wiring in the kitchen - where a tiler (other than Venta) by a Venta electrician remodeled sockets and switches (eg a light switch in the middle of the sink and each socket on a line at a different height ... - what more to say). 6. Remodeled tiles in the bathroom (one wall) - although they had visualization, it somehow did not work out completely. 7. Cracked floor along the entire length of the bathroom (of course, it can be caused by the condition of the house, but the neighbors below us do not have a cracked ceiling). I note once again that this review is a RETROSPECTIVE of about 7 years back and does not necessarily reflect the current quality of Venta's services. (Just change 2 craftsmen or party boss and everything is different - just like in a restaurant when you change the chef: o)

They did a great job, met the deadlines, contacted me on their own initiative and arrived at the weekend when the system reported errors while remotely monitoring the function of the heat pump. So I can recommend with a clear conscience.

"Just in brief" (I'm adding a photo) Bad experience with central ventilation "recuperation", we have reduced plasterboard. Poorly stretched pipes above the insulation, NO PROBLEM TO PULL 8L OF WATER FROM THE PIPE WITH A VACUUM CLEANER. stains on the plates in the ceiling (we have to repaint every year). just worries. And if you call that you want to solve this thing, it's not their fault and they won't call back. I do not recommend !!!!!! The company responded based on the review, unfortunately with no solution.
