★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za me naprosta spokojenost. Resil jsem klimatizaci do celeho bytu. Velmi ochotni vsechno vysvetlili, prosli se mnou byt aby se podivali co a jak, a kdyz sem si den pred montazi vzpomel, ze bych chtel vymenit vetraky v koupelne a na zachode tak vysli vstric. Druhy den rano nabehli dva teamy techniku a jedni zacli pracovat na klimatizaci a druzi na vetracich. S technikama co prijeli na klimu byla sranda takze ty dva dny montaze utekli a clovek se i pobavil. Jinak asi po 3dnech zjistili, ze na vetraky fakturovali spatnou DPH a vratili preplatek, takova ferovost se uz moc nevidi. Za me naprosta spokojenost a muzu doporucit.
Pro pochybovace, s firmou nejsem nijak spjat a nikoho tam neznam, jednou jsem si na vychazce vsiml, ze kousek od nas otevreli pobocku a nakonec ze tri oslovenych firem mi prisli nejmilejsi.

Very willing to explain everything, they pleaded with me to be wondering what and how, and when I remembered the day before the installation, I would like to replace the windbreakers in the bathroom and send the oysters. The next morning, two teams ran the technique and one started working on the air conditioner and the other on the air. With the technicians who came to the climate, it was fun, so the two days of the run away and the man was entertained. Otherwise, after about 3,000, they found out that they had invoiced the wrong VAT on the windsets and returned the overpayment. For me full satisfaction and I can recommend.
For doubts, I am not connected with the company and I do not know anyone there, once I noticed on the pitch, they opened a branch from us and finally the most affiliated companies came to me from the three addressed companies.

Nenakupoval jsem tady poprvé a personál byl vždy neochotný a otrávený. Kvalifikovaní možná jsou, ale jen když chtějí. Loni v létě mi bez skrupulí prodali hromadu potrubních ventilátorů Vents / stejný počet klapek Helios(mohu doložit fakturou)a dnes mi chlapík v pohodě říká, že tyto ventilátory pachutěsnou klapku neotevřou.
Od odborného prodejce čekám trochu víc.

I wasn't shopping here for the first time and the staff was always reluctant and annoyed. They may be qualified, but only if they want to. Last summer, they unscrupulously sold me a pile of Vents duct fans / the same number of Helios dampers (I can prove it with an invoice), and today this guy is fine telling me that these fans will not open a tasty damper.
I expect a little more from a professional seller.

Výrobek jsem si vyzvedávala osobně a při přebírání mi byl navíc poskytnut velmi odborný a velmi vstřícný servis. Děkuji!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den všem. Na internetu naše firma hledala dva ventilátory k digestořím, které musí mít velký výkon a hlavně musí být co nejméně hlučné. Kolega našel na internetu tuto firmu mezi jinými. Ceny byly pro nás přijatelné a tak jsme se rozhodli pro Ventilu. Po registraci jsme dostali slevu pro montážní firmu a ceny byly vynikající. Najít na internetu ventilátor s velkým výkonem za rozumné peníze a zároveň aby byl tichý není úplně jednoduché. Když jsme přijeli na prodejnu Na Chmelnici, ujal se nás prodejce p.Kiščík. Byl velice ochotný a probral s námi veškeré technické údaje přímo z počítače na stránkách výrobce. Po několika dalších jednáních jsem pana Kiščíka oslovil, zdali by nám nevymyslel celou instalaci. Po záslani plánu v elektronické podobě, kde jsme si mysleli, že je skoro vše v pořádku, tak následně opravil a zjednodušil celou sestavu potrubí tlumičů atd. To se nám líbilo, jelikož nám (zákazníkovi) ušetřil finance. Po té jsme se rozhodli, že nakoupíme u Ventily vše. Po dotazu, jak je to z dopravou, nám sdělil, že to není problém. Vše bylo tak, jak jsme se dohodli. Na závěr to dovršil pan Kiščík tím, že materiál, který zbyl si odebral zpět za plnou cenu a vystavil dobropis. Musím říct , že kdyby měla každá firma takový přístup, tak se krásně podniká. Přeji firmě Ventila hodně spokojených zákazníků.
Ještě zmínka k ventilátorům. Jednalo se o typ Vent KSK 250. Mohu vřele doporučit zdali budete chtít výkonný a hlavně tichý ventilátor.
Good day everyone. On the Internet, our company was looking for two fans for the hoods, which must be of great performance and especially must be as noisy as possible. The colleague found this company on the Internet among others. Prices were acceptable to us, so we decided on the Valve. After registration, we received a discount for the assembly company and the prices were excellent. Find a fan with great power on the internet for reasonable money while being silent is not easy. When we arrived at the Chmelnice shop, the dealer Mr. Kiščík took over us. He was very pleased and he took all the technical data with us from the computer on the manufacturer's website. After several other meetings, I asked Mr. Kiščík whether he would not make the entire installation. After delivering the plan in electronic form, where we thought it was almost all right, he then repaired and simplified the entire set of dampers, etc. We liked it because he saved us (the customer) money. After that, we decided to buy everything at the Valve. After asking how it was from traffic, he told us it was not a problem. Everything was the way we agreed. In the end, Mr. Kiščík concluded that the remaining material was taken back for full price and issued a credit note. I have to say that if every company had such an approach, it would be beautiful. I wish the Ventila company a lot of satisfied customers.
Still mentioning the fans. It was a type Vent KSK 250. I can strongly recommend whether you want a powerful and especially silent fan.
