I strongly warn others about this company. At the first call, they are very willing, they promise how everything will go and arrange, but then problems arise. I wanted to help with the little things in the design and they said it would work. Then the next question was a big problem and they looked for problems where they were not. Subsequently, the constant promise of sending the solution / advice, when I gave it up after a month and several emergencies. By the end, it seemed like a troll, which seems inadmissible to me in the business sector. In the morning you call a certain Mr. Med, with whom you deal with it, if he can send it to you and answer it, yes I will send it to you. At 4 pm you call again with apprehension, because the working hours are over and there is still nothing and they will answer, I will definitely send it to my watch. And nothing again. This is simply not normal behavior. This was the last point after a month of urgency. They were also able to claim that the manufacturer would certainly not modify the flap for me (specifically Mr. Uller). And lo and behold. I call the manufacturers and absolutely no problem. I already have the clapper at home adapted for my servo, and in the meantime I still have a suggestion from them, which I still didn't want to the extent they tried to tell me, but I only wanted to deal with one specific detail. Are they either incompetent or do they enjoy trolling or are they helping the competition? Hard to judge. I don't know which of them is true, so again I strongly warn others not to get burned either. Crazy communication, reluctance and appalling experience. Thank you, never again!
