Really sloppy work, the varnish didn't cover at all, one finger smeared. I do not recommend.

Bohuzel ale servis byl otresny, pani byla arogantni a viditelne se ji nelibilo, kdyz maji zakaznice nejake naroky.
Prace na prvni pohled vypada uchazejici, tim to vsak konci.
Jiz pri samotne praci videla, ze svym hrubym zachazenim me nehty boli. Misto omluvy a zmeny byla pani spise nastvana. Nehty boli i ted skoro po tydnu, navic prace je natolik spatna, ze mezi vlastnim nehtem a umelym je asi 4mm mezera.
Navstivila jsem salon znovu, abych to pani ukazala, ta byla opet arogantni a odmitla se mi na nehty podivat, kricela na me, at pockam, nez dodela nekoho jinyho. Zeptala jsem se, zda by se aspon mohla podivat, at vim, zda tu hodinu navic cekat nebo ne, pani na me 3x velmi hlasite pred ostatni zakaznici zarvala, at pockam.
Jelikoz jsem zvykla na zahranicni standard, jsem naprosto chapava, co se tyce jazykove a kulturni bariery. Bohuzel me mrzi, zda tato prace a servis jsou standardem Prerova, tady se jeste je co ucit.
Pokud uprednostnujete kvalitu a spravny servis pred penezi, sem opravdu nechodte.
Bohuzel naproste zklamani.

Unfortunately, the service was shocking, the lady was arrogant and visibly did not like it when the customers have some demands.
At first glance, the work looks candid, but that's the end of it.
Already at work, she saw that my nails were naughty due to their rough treatment. Instead of apologies and changes, the file was set up. The nails were still almost a week later, in addition the work is so bad that there is a gap of about 4 mm between the nail itself and the artificial one.
I visited the salon again to show the lady, she was arrogant again and refused to look at my nails, yelling at me to wait until she had seen someone else. I asked if she could at least look, if I know whether to wait that hour or not, the lady shouted at me 3 times very loudly in front of other customers to wait.
As I am used to the foreign standard, I am completely confused as to the language and cultural barriers. Unfortunately, I'm sorry if this work and service is the standard of Prerov, there is still something to learn here.
If you prefer quality and proper service to money, don't really come here.
Unfortunately, completely disappointed.
