Bohužel budu muset tuto záležitost řešit přes právníky. Je to škoda, i přes to, že prohlídky a sepisování smluv bylo poměrně zmatečné, komunikace s nimi bývala jednoduchá a vycházeli vstříc. Unfortunately, I will have to deal with this matter through lawyers. It is a pity, despite the fact that the inspections and drafting of contracts were relatively confusing, communication with them used to be easy and they were accommodating. It is a pity for such completely unprofessional behavior.

Для нас это была первая покупка недвижимости в Чехии, знаний законов и процесса у нас не было, мы ожидали очень стрессовое время, но все прошло очень хорошо: 1. Процесс. Максим всегда доступным языком объяснял каждый этап сделки, каждый документ и полностью снимал все наши вопросы. Также очень понравилась гибкость в подписании договора купли-продажи, нам предстояло оформить ипотеку и продлить термин подписания в случае, если ипотека займет больше времени. 2. Коммуникация. Почти 24/7. Максим всегда был на связи по телефону и в мессенджерах, на все вопросы мы получали либо мгновенный ответ либо Максим уточнял и приходил с ответом, без напоминаний, это очень порадовало. 3. Сервис. Нам (покупателям) ни о чем не нужно было думать (кроме ипотеки), все было сделано за нас: подготовка всех документов, хранение средств до получения права собственности, подача в кадастр, перевод электричества. Мы остались довольны работой Vessan и Максима Федорова в частности, в случаю будущих покупок будем обращаться к ним. For us, this was the first purchase of real estate in the Czech Republic, we did not have knowledge of the laws and the process, we expected a very stressful time, but everything went very well: 1. Process. Maxim always in an accessible language explained each stage of the transaction, each document and completely removed all our questions. I also really liked the flexibility in signing the purchase and sale agreement, we had to issue a mortgage and extend the signing term in case the mortgage takes longer. 2. Communication. Almost 24/7. Maxim was always in touch by phone and in instant messengers, we received either an instant answer to all questions, or Maxim clarified and came with an answer, without reminders, it was very pleased. 3. Service. We (the buyers) did not have to think about anything (except for the mortgage), everything was done for us: preparation of all documents, storage of funds until obtaining ownership, filing in the cadastre, transfer of electricity. We were satisfied with the work of Vessan and Maxim Fedorov, in particular, in the case of future purchases, we will contact them.

Musim rici, ze v celem tom retezci (majitele, realitní makler, banka, katastr) jsem byl s jednáním pana Fedorova jako s jediným opravdu spokojeny. Spolehlivý, trpělivý, vždy vse ochotně a rychle zaridil, vysvetlil.. Mohu jenom doporučit!!! I bought an apartment while working with Mr. Fedorov. I must say that in the whole chain (owner, real estate broker, bank, cadastre) I was really satisfied with Mr. Fedorov's actions as the only one. Reliable, patient, always willingly and quickly arranged everything, he explained. I can only recommend !!!

Značná jazyková bariéra, nesepsání závad při předání, které byly zjevné. Neochota a zdlouhavé jednání při žádosti o proplacení opravy vstupních dveří. 40 % kauce nebylo vráceno po ukončení nájemního vztahu v termínu + bylo bez předchozího informování svévolně poníženo. Smluvně ošetřené "zadržování" zbylých 60 % kauce až do vyúčtování služeb, což v mém případě činí 7 měsíců? = nevýhodné podmínky pro nájemníka. I rather do not recommend working with this company.
