★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je škoda, že dávno prodané/rezervované reality jsou stále v nabídce, nerozumím proč je problém stáhnout /označit, škoda času pro všechny zúčastněné.
It is a pity that long-sold / reserved real estate is still on offer, I do not understand why it is a problem to download / mark, a pity of time for all involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi doporučuji. Po zkušenostech s řadou jiných realitních makléřů a kanceláří je považuji za jednu z nejlepších, na které člověk na děčínském realitním trhu může narazit. Jednali jsme s p. Tonderem, jednatelem společnosti, který je velmi profesionální, trpělivý, slušný, umí hezky nafotit nemovitost i připravit vkusný inzerát, rychle odpovídá na dotazy a dokonce i slušně rozumí technické stránce stavu stavu nemovitosti (oproti jiným makléřům, s nimiž jsme se setkali a kdy někteří z nich byli úplně mimo a o technické stránce nemovitostí nevěděli nic). Nabízí nemovitosti zájemcům i mimo Ústecký kraj. Za bonus navíc vidím inzerci v místním tisku. Prodali jsme s nimi rodinný dům a pokud budeme zase někdy potřebovat služby realitní kanceláře, rádi se na ně opět obrátíme.
I highly recommend. After experience with a number of other real estate brokers and offices, I consider them to be one of the best that one can come across on the Děčín real estate market. We have negotiated with Mr. Tonder, the company's executive, who is very professional, patient, decent, can take a nice photo of the property and prepare a tasteful advertisement, responds quickly to questions and even understands the technical side of the state of the property (compared to other brokers with whom we they met and when some of them were completely out and they knew nothing about the technical side of real estate). It offers real estate to those interested outside the Ústí nad Labem region. For the bonus, I see advertising in the local press. We sold a family house with them and if we ever need the services of a real estate agency again, we will be happy to contact them again.

Hand held all the way through buying process, and sold per instructions and saw many properties, nothing too much trouble, and assistance when not able to travel from UK. Gave them power of attorney..no worries.
