Mrs. doctor very nice, kind with great understanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else with an animal. In the unpleasant situation of the cat's illness, we were provided not only with professional, but also human-friendly and understanding care.

Updates. The dog started crying in pain at the end of September, since it was Saturday 5 in the morning, we had to go to the clinic on Palackého třída. They gave him some medicine, an injection, but if it wasn't good, he'd come on Tuesday due to Monday's public holiday. Nothing improved, he cried at night and during the day, he couldn't walk and his neck swelled. On Tuesday we came to the clinic with the understanding that they would do a CT scan and take the result to see our doctor. Incredible reluctance on the part of the clinic, where they just did a basic sampling and a lecture followed that the dog must go for examination for 15,000 (they did not know what, but they knew how much it would cost) and then MUST for surgery, which will cost 40-50 thousand (what surgery and why they don't say either, but again they know the price) and instruction that the dog's swollen neck doesn't have it, that it's just fat (it's not) and if I don't like something, let me go. I took the results of the samples and went to see our vet. And the result? Perfect as always. She immediately took more samples, gave other injections and medicines, and wonder of the world - he hasn't cried to us since. The doctor also recommended clothes, which also helped us a lot (see photos). After the results of the samples, we found out that he has Anaplasmosis - a tick (if I write it well) and he needs ATB. If we proceeded as the clinic wanted - Karlík would most likely not be here for a while. I cannot thank you and the other doctor for further perfect work and (again) rescue of our Karlík <3 I really recommend Mrs. Doctor where I go. I'll put my hand on the fire for her. When Voříšek Karlík became paralyzed after the fall, she helped us with everything. When they deliberately extended the issue of the dog on X-rays so that it would be the doctor after closing time, she willingly waited for us in her free time. She showed us what and how, she advised, now she walks mainly thanks to her. I do not understand a single negative comment here. That Dr. "pulls money from people" is complete nonsense. She also gave the dog an injection of vitamins and did not want a crown for it. The approach to people is also great. When I called her and cried that I had Karlík wanting to spend she helped us with everything, with treatment, vitamins, she showed us how to train with him, how to squeeze the bladder and again emphasize nothing she wanted from us! Incredibly kind attitude, love of animals, expertise. I also admire the fact that he remembers his animal patients. Just all honor! Mrs. Doctor, thank you so much that only thanks to you, little Karlík can still be with us!
