R	Radka Jandorová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme byli u pana doktora poprvé s jedenáctiletým yorkšírkem na nehtíkách a byli jsme velmi spokojeni s přístupem pana doktora a jeho asistentky. Příští týden jdeme na čištění zoubků, tak se těšíme na další setkání. Příjemné, moderní a čisté zařízení ordinace i čekárný je milým plusem. s pozdravem, Jandorová. Today we were at the doctor's for the first time with an eleven-year-old Yorkshire terrier on our nails and we were very satisfied with the approach of the doctor and his assistant. Pan doktor i sestřička jsou vždy milý, ochotní pomoct a poradit a to jak osobně tak po telefonu. Pomohli nám, když na jiné veterině nic nenašli. Snaží se najít jádro problému a ne hned zvířatům cpát antibiotika.. Jsou to prostě super lidi. Doporučuji. So far, the best veterinary in Brno we visited. And that there were .. Mr. Doctor and the nurse are always nice, willing to help and advise both personally and over the phone. They helped us when they didn't find anything on other veterina. It tries to find the core of the problem and not the animals to catch antibiotics. They're just super people. I recommend.
C	Christine Švub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K panu doktorovi Žákovi chodíme už rok a jsem velice ráda, že jsme tuto ordinaci objevili. Do té doby jsme chodili na místa, kde se střídali doktoři, nebyli vždy profesionální a neměli pochopení, že pro nás to nejsou “jen” zvířata, ale členové rodiny. U pana doktora je vždy profesionální a hlavně lidský přístup, je vidět, že krom toho, že je to veterinární lékař, tak má i srdce na správném místě a to se odráží především na tom, jak se zvířatky jedná. Vzhledem k tomu, že máme více pejsků, tak jsme u pana doktora relativně často a hlavně vím, že se na něj mohu kdykoliv obrátit a požádat o pomoc. Nestalo se mi, že by pan doktor nebyl ochotný nebo nás poslal jinam. Zažili jsme v této ordinaci vtipné ale i velice smutné chvíle….ale vždy jsem se zde cítila dobře, dostala všechny potřebné informace a neměla jsem nikdy pocit, že by pan doktor něco odbyl či zvolil špatnou léčbu. Spíše naopak, vždy se snažil udělat to nejlepší, popřípadě nás odkázat na jiné odborníky s přímou specializací k danému problému. U mě prostě celková spokojenost (tuto recenzi nepíši na základě jedné návštěvy, ale po roce využívání služeb této ordinace). Děkuji Christine Š. Until then, we went to places where doctors took turns, they were not always professional and did not understand that for us it was not "just" animals, but family members. The doctor always has a professional and especially human approach, it can be seen that in addition to being a veterinarian, his heart is in the right place, and this is reflected primarily in the way animals are treated. Due to the fact that we have more dogs, we are with the doctor relatively often and most importantly I know that I can contact him at any time and ask for help. It never happened to me that the doctor was unwilling or sent us elsewhere. We experienced funny but also very sad moments in this surgery ale .but I always felt good here, I got all the necessary information and I never felt that the doctor would do something or choose the wrong treatment. On the contrary, he always tried to do his best, or refer us to other experts with direct specialization in the problem. For me, simply overall satisfaction (I do not write this review based on one visit, but after a year of using the services of this surgery). Thank you Christine Š.
t	tom mortensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Žák měl pouze vyčistit chrup mého buldočka. Při odchodu pronesl větu, že žádný tvor není svatý a nežije věčně. Do týdne mi Slapy zemřel. Mr. Pupil was only supposed to clean my bulldog's teeth. As he left, he said that no creature is holy and does not live forever. Slapy died within a week.
B	Bronislava Barinova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasné, vstřícné jednání, jak pana doktora, tak sestřičky. Usměvavé tváře se dnes hned tak nevidí. Skvělý přístup ke zvířatkům a hlavně pomohli a vyřešili problém. Rozhodně doporučuji, my změnili veterinu a jsme moc rádi. Wonderful, helpful behavior, both doctor and nurse. Smiling faces are not immediately visible today. Great approach to animals and most importantly helped and solved the problem. I definitely recommend, we changed the vet and we are very happy.

Šli jsme jen na běžné očkování, přesto pan doktor Žák při preventivní prohlídce pejska našel osiny, které mu na místě vyndal. Excellent approach, amazing even sisters. We only went for regular vaccinations, yet Dr. Žák found aspen during the preventive examination of the dog, which he took out on the spot.

Jen díky obrovské ochotě, pečlivost a nadstandardní péči máme zpět zdravé naše dogátko. I přes komplikovaný stav, se stále se zhoršujícím průběhem, přes počáteční nasazení léčby se jen díky nasazení celého týmu při hospitalizaci, adekvátním a moderním diagnostickym metodám podařilo našeho pejska zachranit. I když jsme řešili a byli připraveni přistoupit k eutanazii, máme možnosti spolu strávit dalších mnoho šťastných let.
