Naštěstí jsme šli jen na očkovani, ale jeho přistup nebyl vubec profesionální a jsme také rádi ze jsme neuposlechli jeho rady. Změnili jsme kliniku a přistup byl 100 a 1. Udělali pejskovi prohlídku,očkování a dostali jsme doporučení kam máme zajit na zákrok a ještě jsme platili méně což neni podstatné jde nám přeci o zdraví našich mazličků.-) After my experience with the vet, I will never show up again. Fortunately, we only went to be vaccinated, but his approach was not at all professional and we are also happy that we disobeyed his advice. We changed the clinic and the approach was 100 and 1. They did a check-up, vaccinations for the dog and we received recommendations on where to go for the procedure and we paid less, which is not important, we care about the health of our pets.-)
K	Koukej 8 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes ráno jsme potřebovali se psem na veterinu. Je neděle a málokterá veterina má otevřeno tak jsme vybrali právě tuhle. V životě jsem neviděla takový přístup jak ke zvířeti tak k lidem! Otvírací doba je od 8:00h ale nikdo nikde?. Čekali jsme venku přes půl hodiny než pan doktor přijel.. po dlouhém čekáním se objevil a ani nepozdravil.. povolili se nám kšíry a pes se nám vysvlékl z nich a utekl na trávník což si nemyslím že je něco špatného když se hned vrátil a chytli jsme ho. Nikomu nic neudělal a ani si nikoho nevšiml. Reakce doktora byla velice hnusná! Začal nám vulgárně nadávat jak nám tak i psovi.. nepochopila jsem jeho přístup? Řekl nám ať vypadnem ze na nás nemá dnes náladu ani čas že jsme idioti atd.. když to tak řeknu tak nás poslal do prde! Tohle jsem nikdy nezažila aby byl někdo takhle arogantní.. děs a hrůza měl by se pan doktor zamyslet.. Takže místo toho aby nám pomohl tak nás poslal do háje.. This morning we needed a dog with a vet. It's Sunday and few veterinarians are open so we chose this one. In my life I have not seen such an approach both to the animal and to the people! The opening hours are 8: 00h but nobody anywhere. We waited outside for half an hour before the doctor arrived .. after a long wait, he appeared and did not greet us .. loosened us and the dog undressed them and escaped to the lawn which I do not think is wrong when he immediately returned and caught we got him. He did nothing to anyone, nor did he notice anyone. Doctor's reaction was very ugly! He began to vulgarly curse us as well as the dog .. I did not understand his approach? He told us to get out of us today he is not in the mood or the time that we are idiots etc .. when I say so he sent us to the ass ! I've never experienced this before anyone was so arrogant. Terror and horror, the doctor should think about it. So instead of helping us, he sent us to hell.
J	Jitka Veselá on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K panu doktorovi Kralovi chodíme již s druhým pejskem a opět naprostá spokojenost. Vždy nám vyšel maximálně vstříc. Oceňuji a děkuji za jeho ochotu a přístup. I dnes vše proběhlo v pořádku a v milé atmosféře i když pana doktora už tlačil čas, přesto se nám věnoval naplno. Ještě jednou děkuji a doporučuji Veselých We go to Dr. Kral already with the second dog and again total satisfaction. He always met us as much as possible. I appreciate and thank you for his willingness and attitude. e	eryksza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem tam s kocourem 2x s tím stejným problémem, že mi kocour hodně čůrá a mňoukal u toho a že leží na zemi a kroutí se. Pan veterinář mu dal 2 injekce a prášky a že to prý pomůže...následující týden to samé... jediné co udělal je že mi ukazoval fotky svého kocoura a hladil si toho mého, ani ho nevyšetřil a hned antibiotika. Včera cca. Po měsíci jsem pod kocourem našel kaluž krve tak jsem jel na pohotovost tam mi řekli že mi pan veterinář dával léky úplně na něco jiného(prý na nastydnutí) a že jsem přišel za 5 12...opravdu úroveň tohle..už nikdy v životě k vám nepřijdu! T	Tereza Modlíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Před lety jsme byli s naším pejskem na injekci a pan Tuma místo vpichu do kůže, píchl pejska přímo do svalu až pejsek zakňučel a doktor řekl “ty jsi ale herečka”. Po pár hodinách se pejskovi udělal absces a museli jsme s pejskem na operaci. Pan Král odmítl pomoct pejskovi, když měl torzi žaludku s tím, že to prý torze není, že kdyby to byla torze tak by více jak 10h s torzí nepřežil. Následně pejsek zemřel do hodiny na torzi žaludku. Nespokojenost je i ze strany známých. Špatné léky na onemocnění. Nedoporučuji. Years ago, we were with our dog for an injection, and instead of injecting into the skin, Mr. Tuma stabbed the dog directly in the muscle until the dog whined and the doctor said, "But you're an actress." Zatím jsme dostali nějaké tablety stim , že máme přijít příští týden a poradit se jak dál. Je to těžké, protože jsme zde byli poprvé a až se více seznámí bude nám moci poradit. Pleasant environment and also friendly staff. I needed help with my dog. The doctor is trying to help me. Děda jakožto milovník koček si nenechal vymluvit, že šestnáctiletá kočka už je stará a jen se trápí, když přestála žrát, pít a jen polehává. Nicméně jí vzal na tuto veterinu. Pan veterinář T. mu navykládal, jak kočku zachrání, napsal jí vitamíny za neskutečný peníze, doplňky stravy a poslal je domů. Solidní veterinář by narovinu řekl, že ke stáří obtíže, které kočka měla, patří a doporučil by eutanazii (vypadala opravdu hrozně, nejedla, nepila, zhubla). Realita byla taková, že kočka jen ležela, sem tam mňoukla, oči jak baterky po nabuzení vitamíny a ani v klidu umřít nemohla. Hlavně, že tekly peníze. NEDOPORUČUJI! Veterinarian for two things. Možná by jí včasná diagnoza mohla zachránit, mohla mít šanci na operaci. Místo toho bylo lepší nám řikat bláboly a cpát léky. Zádný lek by už nepomoh, jen operace. Je zajímavé, že jiný veterinář diagnozu stanovil hned, ale bylo už pozdě. Lituji toho, že moje fenka byla u někoho jako jste vy. Pokuď vám na vašich mazlíčkách záleží, najděte si profesionálního veterináře. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Making people a piggy bank at the expense of an animal is hyenism. Don't recognize tumors in your abdomen ...? Maybe an early diagnosis could save her, she could have a chance at surgery. Instead, it was better to tell us nonsense and take medication.
