Doporučuji After trying x surgeries around Pilsen, we are the most satisfied here and we are happy to drive to Střibro. Great approach to me and the dog, never leaves and does not come stressed. Spletly jsme termíny návštěvy s morčátkem .Mělo abces .A i přes spletený termín mu abces vyoperovali .Za mě veterina a pracovní tým na jedničku .Ráda doporučím dál . I praise again. O	Ondra Svarc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem velmi znepokojivej s toho ze clovek se obedna a stejne ceka minimalne 1h v cekarne .... pak doktorky vam rikaji ze cekaji vsichni atd atd ... maji v tom bordel .. navic k psum peci nemaji ... berou to jako nejakou vec ... pisu tutu recenzi protoze cekam uz po 6 hodinu a pul presto ze jsem byl obednanej ..... proto radi zvolit jinyho veterinare zduvodu ze doktorky maji bordel a nejsou peclivi a hlavne hodny k cloveku ... jsou jen arogatni .... I'm very worried about the fact that a person has lunch and still waits at least 1 hour in the waiting room .... then the doctors tell you that everyone is waiting, etc ... thing ... I'm writing this review because I've been waiting for 6 hours and a half, even though I was ordered ..... that's why they like to choose another veterinarian, because they have a mess and they're not careful and especially good for people ... they're just arrogant. ...

Když potřeboval jeden z mých psů bronchoskopii, MVDr. Hlaváč dovezl bronchoskop do Stříbra, abychom nemuseli jinam, za mě naprostá spokojenost. When one of my dogs needed bronchoscopy, MVDr. Hlaváč brought the bronchoscope to Stříbro so that we wouldn't have to go anywhere else, complete satisfaction for me.

Nicméně po 2 hodinách čekání kdy sestra opakovaně běhala mezi čekárnou a ordinaci nás nakonec vyhodila. Důvod paní doktorka nestíhá. Bohužel i přesto že jsem se nakonec objednala na jiný termín jsem nakonec stejně čekala 3 hodiny. Tak k čemu je systém objednání. After years of visiting a vet I am very but very disappointed. K	Karolina Kellerova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I po objednání na očkování čekáme hodinu, což se dá pochopit když mají akutní případ ale sestřička ani neupozorní na delší čekání, stěžují si že nestíhají a přesto si objednaji více pacientů na stejný čas, alespoň tak to vypadá, děkuji ale už stačilo a nikdy víc. Even after ordering vaccinations, we wait an hour, which can be understood when they have an acute case, but the nurse doesn't even notice the longer wait, they complain that they can't catch up and still order more patients for the same time, at least that's how it looks, thank you but enough .
