N	Nokiika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednání na čas, MVDr. Hasalíkovi příjemní, slečny na recepci též. Komunikace při řešení problémů přes mail i mimo pracovní dobu, což velice oceňuji. Parkování v areálu přímo před ordinací, doporučuji ? Ordering on time, MVDr. Hasalík pleasant, the ladies at the reception as well. Communication when solving problems via e-mail and outside working hours, which I really appreciate. Parking in the area directly in front of the surgery, I recommend ?

Děkuji I paní v recepci byla milá a příjemná. Chodím sem už dost dlouho a neměnila bych. Mrs. doctor, very nice, nice. Paní doktorka bez špetky soucitu ke zvířeti, nenavázala se psem žádný kontakt a hned začala arogantně štěkat kolem sebe. Vyšetření bylo absolutně zanedbané a nekompletní, druhý den jsme museli problém řešit znovu, ale jinde. Po druhé jsme byli nuceni toto zařízení navštívit znovu. Opakovala se stejná situace. Psa jsme přivezli v katastrofálním stavu. S vyšetřením byla pani doktorka hotová za 2 minuty s tím, že mají další týden dovolenou, že se do většího vyšetření pouštět nebude. Doporučila nám teplé obklady na zánět. Bravo. Ikdyž na stránkách uvádí, že mají sono, paní doktorka se ani nezeptala, jesli bychom měli zájem o toto vyšetření. Absolutně neprofesionální přístup. Druhý den jsme opět byli nuceni řešit akutní stavy převozem na pohotovostní kliniku, kde byli všichni šokováni, jak vyšetření v Mostě bylo zanedbáno. Z obou zkušeností v Mostě pouze plyne, že jde jenom o peníze a o to odbavit co nejvíc pacientů. We were here two years ago for an acute examination. The doctor, without a hint of compassion for the animal, made no contact with the dog and immediately began to bark arrogantly around her. The examination was absolutely neglected and incomplete, the next day we had to solve the problem again, but elsewhere. Secondly, we were forced to visit this facility again. The same situation was repeated. We brought the dog in a catastrophic condition. The doctor was done with the examination in 2 minutes, with the proviso that they have another week off, and she will not go for a larger examination. She recommended warm compresses for us. Bravo. Although the website states that they have sono, the doctor did not even ask if we would be interested in this examination. Absolutely unprofessional approach. The next day we were again forced to deal with acute conditions by transporting them to the emergency clinic, where everyone was shocked at how the examination in Most was neglected. From both experiences in Most, it only follows that it is only about money and about handling as many patients as possible.
