★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi se tam teda nelibi.Ani prostredi a ani pristup personalu.Ceny taky silene za uplne banální zakroky.Lasku a pekny pristup ke zviratum,ktere by mel zrejme kazdy veterinář mit,tam vubec necitim.Mnohem lepsi je veterina Liskovka,jejich pristup ke zviratum je opravdu profesionální a je vidět, ze maji zvirata radi a to jsem tam byla s morcatkem a moc pekne se k nemu chovali.Alfavet jim nesaha ani po kotníky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme byli v domnění na "banální" návštěvě, bohužel po kompletním vyšetření jsme stáli před rozhodnutím buď a nebo. Pan doktor byl velmi příjemný a několikrát s námi trpělivě probral vše od A-Z. Bohužel naší fence už nikdo pomoci nemohl, ale za ten přístup moc děkujeme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po dnešní návštěvě trochu zklamání. Paní doktorka, i ostatní personál super přístup jako vždy.
Zarazilo mě jen chování paní za kasou - zřejmě se ji nechtělo vydávat, tak jsem jí nabídl, že skočím pro další peníze do auta, jen že jí tam na 30 sekund nechám krabici s králíkem, aby mi u té rušné cesty nevyskočil, během toho, co bych hledal peníze pro ULEHČENÍ její práce. Ta mi jen něco arogantně odpověděla a odešla.
Králíka nakonec na těch pár sekund ochotně pohlídala paní doktorka s ošetřovatelkou.
Nebýt této situace, dám 5 hvězdiček, veterinu navštěvujeme již 14 let, a vždy vše bez problému.

She just answered something arrogantly and left.
In the end, the rabbit was gladly looked after by the doctor and the nurse for those few seconds.
Without this situation, I will give 5 stars, we have been visiting the vet for 14 years, and always everything without a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělí přístup a profesionální jednání, když mi po porodu umírala fena prijela sem pozdě již nešla zachránit, pan doktor mě morálně podržel a provedl celím procesem uspání atd.
Vysvětlil mi jak se postarat o štěňata a díky němu sem sama odchovala 2 zdravá šteňátka. Doporučuji všem ?

Už tohle svědčí o vaší těžké neprofesionalitě! Recenze tu není od toho, abyste znali pisatele, ale aby se sdělil názor na vaší práci a přístup.
Já mám taktéž špatnou zkušenost. Prý zvířátku nic vážného není, 5 hodin po vašem vyšetření se musí majitel rozhodnout, zda zvířátko utratit, nebo ne..... Ale za tolik peněz slyšet, že nic zvířeti není a fakticky je zvíře na pokraji smrti, to je trochu moc

I also have a bad experience. It is said that there is nothing serious about the animal, 5 hours after your examination the owner has to decide whether to spend the animal or not ... But for so much money to hear that there is nothing to the animal and in fact the animal is on the verge of death
