★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oceňuji především osobní a individuální přístup. Zavolal jsem v neděli a pan doktor bez jakých problému otevřel ordinaci. Pejskovi se viditelné ulevilo a už se těšíme na zítra . Za mě pět hvězdiček.
I especially appreciate the personal and individual approach. I called on Sunday and the doctor opened the surgery without any problems. The dog was visibly relieved and we are already looking forward to tomorrow. Five stars for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice ochotná a empatická paní doktorka. Přijela v 5 ráno v neděli po volání na pohotovostní telefon a kocourka okamžitě vyšetřila a nechala u sebe v péči. V přijatelnější dobu hned ráno obvolala našeho ošetřujícího veterináře a ještě dalšího, u kterého jsme před pár dny byli na rezonanci za účelem konzultace dalšího postupu léčby a získání výsledků rezonance.
I když se kocourka nepodařilo zachránit z důvodu narušení životních funkcí v mozku, tak velice oceňuji přístup a i empatické chování při eutanazii.
Very helpful and empathetic doctor. She arrived at 5 a.m. Sunday after calling the emergency phone, and the cat was immediately examined and left in her care. At a more acceptable time, she called our attending veterinarian in the morning and another, with whom we had a resonance a few days ago in order to consult the next course of treatment and obtain the results of the resonance.
Although the cat could not be saved due to impaired vital functions in the brain, I very much appreciate the approach and empathic behavior in euthanasia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I were on a trip in Jindrichuv Hradec for New Years. We were going on a hike with our dog and she got injured. We needed to find a vet quickly as it was quite serious and we were not optimistic as it was New Years Eve and a Sunday. We were giving the contact information for JHvet and we contacted Doctor Jan Hájek and he was awesome! He opened his office to see us, was so kind with our dog and fixed her up proper. We were very relived and because of this were able to enjoy our New Years celebrations. Thank you very much for all your help!
