★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijeli jsme s kočkou na pohotovost v 19:15 (pohotovost do 22:00). Po 10 minutách (což chápu, když mají pacienta) otevřela protivná hnusná sestra (což nechápu). Kočka skoro nehybná, ale sestra nás vyhodila s dvěmi telefonními čísly, ať si zavoláme a jedeme jinam. Když jsme se ptali, co máme dělat, když to jinde nezvednou, nic neřekla. Když jsme řekli, že kdyžtak přijedeme znovu, tak se ještě zasmála, že už se neuvidíme. Zabouchla a zamkla....
Ať jde makat do lomu, když se neumí chovat.
 We arrived with the cat at the emergency room at 19:15 (emergency until 22:00). After 10 minutes (which I understand when they have a patient) the nasty disgusting nurse opened (which I don't understand). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc děkujeme za záchranu naší holčičky. Dnes jsme přijeli z daleka se selháváním srdíčka a ihned se o ni pan doktor Kuncl skvěle postaral a byl po celou dobu moc hodný a empatický. Skvělé, že mají veškeré špičkové vybavení pro rychlou diagnostiku a jsou ochotni ošetřit zvíře i o Vánocích. Srdečně děkujeme ??
Thank you very much for saving our little girl. Today we came from afar with heart failure and immediately Dr. Kuncl took great care of her and was very kind and empathetic all the time. Great that they have all the top equipment for quick diagnostics and are willing to treat the animal at Christmas. Thank you very much ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto profesionální přístup. Rozbory krve dělají jakmile se veterináři něco nezdá - u původního zvěrolékaře nedělali žádné. Výsledky jsou k dispozici velmi rychle. Neslibují vám nemožné a citlivě sdělí i smutné zprávy. Bohužel kocourka jsem musela nakonec nechat uspat, ale věřím, že to bylo pro něj to nejlepší.
V případě pořízení nového mazlíčka budu docházet jenom sem.

They do not promise you the impossible and they also communicate sad news sensitively. Unfortunately, I eventually had to put the cat to sleep, but I believe it was the best thing for him.
If I get a new pet, I will only come here.
