Všechno mi ochotně vždycky vysvětlí, doporučí další postup s ohledem na finanční stránku. E	Edel Sky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čekali jsme 2 hodiny ve frontě, doktoři volali jen těch kdo je objednán. Žádné info o tom že v klinice přijímají pouze objednané klienty NENÍ! Po operaci vznikla obrovská boule na zádech u mého psa a v klinice ani nepomohli!!!! Pokud máte objednané klienti a živou frontu, MUSÍTE střídat a ne aby ta živá fronta tam tvl čekala 2h a výsledkem NIC!!!! Vaše chyba, vaši doktoři říkali ze boule je v poho ale ted ta boule je velikanská a pejsku je hůř! Dnes pracovali MVDr. David Srba a Bc. Andrea Hojná takže děkuju vám že nejdřív říkáte "nemusíte se objednávat" a potom děláte takové kraviny. We waited 2 hours in line, doctors called only those who are ordered. No info that in the clinic only accept ordered clients NOT! After the surgery a huge bulge appeared on my dog's back and they did not help in the clinic !!! If you have ordered clients and live queue, YOU MUST rotate and not that live queue there waiting 2h and the result NOTHING !!!! Your mistake, your doctors said the bulge is okay but now the bulge is huge and the dog is worse! MVDr. David Srba and Bc. Andrea Hojná so thank you for first saying "you do not have to order" and then doing such bullshit.

Podle recenzí jsem vybral právě tuhle veterinu z těch, které měli otevřeno a jsem rád, že jsem tak učinil. Pes trochu kulhal na levou zadní, ale nemohl si vůbec sednout. Byl bez nálady a měl průjem. Ukázalo se, že problém nebyl v noze, ale že na procházce něco špatného snědl a bolest má z pokaženého trávení. Paní doktorka vymačkala psovi žlázky a dostal pigáro, aby bolest odezněla, a nařízenou dietu. Domu jsme si odnesli nějaké tabletky na zahuštění stolice. Od rána už je zase jako vyměněný. Stolici ještě nemá úplně hustou, ale už je to o poznání lepší a viditelně se mu ulevilo. Moc děkuji paní doktorce za laskavý přístup, ochotu, věcnost a odpovědi na všechny moje otázky. It turned out that the problem was not in the leg, but that he ate something bad on the walk and the pain was from broken digestion. The doctor squeezed the dog's glands and got a piglet for the pain to go away and a diet ordered. We took some stool thickening pills at home. He's been changed again since morning. His stool is not quite dense yet, but it is much better and visibly relieved. Thank you very much for your kind attitude, willingness, matter of fact and answers to all my questions.
E	Eva Nadejova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na veterinu jsme přijeli ve 14 hodin a v 16 hodin jsme ještě seděli v čekárně . Berou přednostně objednané pacienty ale na stránkách je psaná pohotovost. Se psem v akutním stavu čekat víc jak dvě hodiny opravdu ne . Již nikdy víc We arrived at the vet at 2 pm and at 4 pm we were still sitting in the waiting room. L	Libor Kratochvíl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jsme se mailem, dostali termín, ale když jsme přijeli, bylo zamčeno, zhasnuto a na dveřích list, že pro nemoc včera neordinují. To samozřejmě dokážu pochopit. Nikdo ale nedal vědět a ani na další emaily už nikdo nereagoval, tak jsme jeli nakonec jinam... We ordered by e-mail, received an appointment, but when we arrived, it was locked, extinguished and a letter on the door stating that they were not prescribing for the disease yesterday. Of course I can understand that. But no one let me know and no one responded to other emails, so we went somewhere else ...

Doktor i sestřička, ale hrozně příjemní, ochotní a problém s očičkem se vyřešili. Mohu doporučit. Worse ordering option. We had to wait with the kitten for almost an hour for a 15-minute examination. The doctor and the nurse, but very pleasant, helpful and the problem with the eye was solved. I can recommend.

B	Barbora Badžová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spokojenost na 210%, přišla jsem s pejskem byl pokousaný - odkousnutý dolní ret od čelisti a ze spodu ještě vykousnutý kus kůže. Pan doktor Srba vše opravdu šikovně sešil, spodní ret nám musel sešít k zubům s tím, že kdyby se to nechytlo, museli bychom pejskovi nechat vytrhat dolní zuby a nechat mu to chytit za dáseň. Nejhorší se nestalo, spodní ret se krásně hojí, dnes jsme byli na vyndání stehů té vykousnuté části, stehy uvnitř tlamy mu zůstávají ale hojíme se dobře. Mám s veterináři špatné zkušenosti, hlavně co se týká zanedbání péče či nedostatečné vyhodnocení situace a následný úhyn psa kvůli jejich nepozornosti. Tohle ovšem není ten případ, tuto veterinu vřele doporučuji a moc děkuji za kvalitu služeb. However, this is not the case, I highly recommend this vet and thank you very much for the quality of services.
