Personál působil naprosto neodborně, bylo mi slíbeno zaslání cenové nabídky do konce týdne a nabídku nemám ani po 14 dnech. Vetos Bathrooms - The website promises to visualize the bathroom free of charge, on the spot they require to pay 500, -. The staff was totally unprofessional, I was promised to send a quote by the end of the week and I did not have the offer after 14 days.

Zaměstnanci neochotní a nekvalifikovaní, komunikace otřesná, kvalita výrobků průměrná a dodací lhůta 2 měsíce až neurčito (dodávku s nimi řeším od prosince, je květen, dveře stále nemám a nekomunikují). For me, the worst company on the market, just a bad experience. Employees reluctant and unskilled, communication appalling, product quality average and delivery time 2 months to indefinite (I have been dealing with delivery since December, it is May, I still do not have doors and do not communicate).

With Vetos I realized 2 projects: 1) Replacing the floor in the bedroom with vinyl. - Well informed lady in the showroom, slight hitches in organizing the implementation, but a great result. rating 4 ; 2) laying tiles in the living room - here I evaluate a maximum of 1 , although I visited the paving department 3x I did not receive a calculation proposal, let alone implementation of the project (expected contract 80 thousand.)

Dokud slo o to, ze vybirame komunikace byla fajn, jakmile jsme objednali a VETOS si vzal zalohu, komunikace naprosto mizerna, vpodstate zadna. Cekani nebo ano zavolame zpatky a nikdo nezavolal. Pani Vetrovcova (zrejme majitelka) neprijemna a neochotna, penize nejlepe hned a cash i presto, ze jsme zaplatili podlahu naprosto bez problemu a jen obhajovala pani Sochurkovou, ktera nam prodavala veci a naprosto nezvladla komunikaci. Chapu, ze jsme Maly zakaznik, ale takovehle jednani je otresne. Dokud nemaji moje penize, vse mile a mazat med kolem ust a jakmile penize maji a to chteli az 80% zalohy puvodne, tak uz nejsme zajimavi.... Kdybych to byl vedel, koupim dvere v SIKO nebo nekde. Za ty ceny otresny servis. Bohuzel ani pani majitelka nezvlada komunikaci se zakaznikem, naprosto si zde zakazniku nevazi.... nedoporucuji! zdravi Petr Kabath Floor and doors from VETOS, total order approx. 140 thousand. J	Jaroslav Mikulec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezký showroom, poměrně velký výběr koupelnového vybavení. Vybrali jsme si, obklady a další vybavení plus sanitu. Ještě jsme upřesnili par věcí a dostali grafický návrh. Vše se zdálo v pohodě. Zaplatili jsme zálohovou fakturu a čekali. To bylo začátkem února, s tím, že rekonstrukce by měla proběhnout koncem února. Obklady přišly včas a v pohodě..respektive jsme si pro ně museli dojet. Firma totiž materiál k zákazníkům nevozí(oba pracujeme až do vecera a tak jediný termín je v sobotu...to zde však sklad nebývá otevřený). Klika, že jsem byl jeden den u lékaře a tak jsem mohl pro materiál zajet. Avšak ostatní sanita dorazila až po několika telefonátech v prvním březnovém týdnu. Kdybych toto věděl, objel bych si Siko, Obi atd, a měl to pohromadě za týden. Takto máme materiál doma(opět s vlastním dovozem), ale rekonstrukce bude muset počkat, až bude mít řemeslník opět trochu času. Nice showroom, fairly large choice of bathroom equipment. We've chosen tiles and other amenities plus sanitary napkins. We have specified the details and received a graphic design. Everything seemed cool. We paid an advance invoice and waited. That was in early February, with the reconstruction scheduled for the end of February. The tiling came in time and cool. We had to look for them for a while. The company does not transport the material to the customers (we both work until the evening and so the only term is on Saturday ... but the warehouse is not open here). The handle that I was one day with a doctor and so I could go for the material. However, the other sanitariums came after several phone calls in the first week of March. If I knew this, I would have liked Siko, Obi, etc., and had it together for a week. So we have the material at home (again with our own import), but the reconstruction will have to wait for the craftsman to have a little more time.
J	James Kay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak téhle firmě se vyhněte obloukem. Z 8 týdnů čekání byly nakonec 4 měsíce pro první dodání. Komunikace otřesná, jen sliby nebo žádná reakce klidně měsíc. Zakázka nakonec dorazila v nesmontovatelném stavu (zamíchané komponenty), zárubně poškozené z výroby. Majitel slíbil nápravu poškozené zárubně a poté už se pro jistotu neozval i přes upomínání. Hrozivá zkušenost. To radši objednejte dveře z Polska. Konkrétně Erkado bez jediné vady a nesrovnatelné finančně a to byly čtvery zárubně a ne jen jedny (a nejsem přímo zastánce polské výroby ani s nimi nemám nic společného). So avoid this business by arching. From the 8 weeks of waiting, 4 months were finally for the first delivery. Communication horrible, just promises or no reaction for a month. The order finally arrived in an unassembled state (mixed components), door frames damaged from production. The owner promised to repair the damaged door frame and then did not respond for safety, despite the reminders. An ominous experience. It is better to order a door from Poland. Specifically, Erkado without a single flaw and incomparable financially, and these were four door frames and not just one (and I am not a direct supporter of Polish production and I have nothing to do with them).
