Chybu může udělat každý, ale postavit se k věci jako správný chlap již nebývá tak jednoduché. Opravili mi jinou součást, než jsem si objednal a při reklamaci mi na vlastní náklady opravili původní závadu.
Z vlastní zkušenosti by se jinde hádali a nechali si druhou opravu zaplatit znovu. Za mne, skvělý přístup a mohu jen doporučit.

Anyone can make a mistake, but getting to the point of being the right guy is no longer that easy. They repaired a different part than I ordered and repaired the original defect at my own expense during the complaint.
From their own experience, they would argue elsewhere and have the second repair paid for again. For me, great approach and I can only recommend.
