Bohužel problém nastal po uhrazení všech faktur. Téměř okamžitě po předání díla nám začaly vlhnout vnitřní stěny. Pan Lutera odmítl uznat reklamaci a řekl, že si za vzniklý stav můžeme sami z důvodu terénních úprav pozemku. Přivolaný soudní znalec určil okamžitě chybu – chyba v montáži hydroizolačního systému. Dále jsme si nechali udělat sondu, která opravdu potvrdila vadně provedenou hydroizolaci. Nicméně pan Lutera stále odmítá přijmout zodpovědnost za jednoznačně jejich pochybení. Nyní se nedá dělat nic jiného, než všechno řešit soudní cestou. We wanted to fulfill our dream with this company. The construction itself went smoothly. It can be said that Mr Lutera has been accommodating in most cases. Unfortunately, the problem occurred after all invoices were paid. Almost immediately after the handover of the work, the inner walls began to wet. Mr. Lutera refused to acknowledge the complaint and said that we can blame ourselves for the situation due to landscaping. The summoned forensic expert immediately identified an error - an error in the installation of the waterproofing system. We also had a probe made that really confirmed the faulty waterproofing. However, Mr Lutera still refuses to accept responsibility for clearly their mistakes. Now there is nothing to do but solve everything in court.
