Tak se do vily a přilehlých pozemků dostala umělecká díla té nejvyšší kvality. Historie vily až do dnešních dnů byla pestrá, složitá a občas i dost krutá. Měl jsem obrovské štěstí, když jsem stál u jejich "vrátek". Ta se otevřela a starší pán mi nabídl jít dovnitř prohlédnout si vilu zvenku s pozemky. Pustil mě dovnitř a sám šel pryč. Půl hodinky jsem se potuloval a fotil, pak za sebou zavřel a také šel po svých. V dnešní době skoro neuvěřitelné. Nutno říci, že paní Jana Krausová je fundovanou osobou s velkými znalostmi historie vily a jejich obyvatel. Vila je skutečně krásná, i když značná část inventáře je pryč. Zdá se, že této památce nejvíc ublížila 90. léta, kdy tady byl jakýsi “divoký východ”. Velkou poklonu zaslouží restaurátoři, kteří jsou schopni vyrobit nový dřevěný inventář, k nerozeznání od původního secesního. Zahrada a okolí vily jsou také moc pěkné. Doporučuji navštívit. A great compliment to the restorers, who are able to produce a new wooden inventory, is indistinguishable from the original Art Nouveau. The garden and the surroundings of the villa are also very nice. I recommend to visit.

Vila je postavena na pozemku, který z jedné strany podpírá vysoká městská hradba a ze zahrad kolem vily je krásný výhled do městského parku. Vila je dispozičně složitá a velká. Rodina Primavesů byla velkým donátorem umění a na jejich domu to bylo velmi znát. Dům sloužil po II. WW jako nemocniční zařízení, ale dnes je z části opraven do původní podoby i s krásnými interiéry.
