Great place to stay when in Prague!

Good price for room breakfast incl. Taxi to town center 400 CZK

It is realy usuall There are not spoon, plate and.... in the room But it is acceptable

Friendly staff, quiet, clean, warm (is winter) easy to park and the breakfast exceeded expectations as it had cheeses, hams, veggies, fruits, yogurt's and so on.

Clean and nice rooms for a good price, not too far from the airport.

I love it for no apparent reason. Nice spot to stay in Prague for a short weekend or sightseeing trip. It is basically a guest house rather than a hotel.

breakfast and the facilities are nice. however... the old lady that met us and dealt with us certainly had an attitude, though all of us were as nice as we could be throughout our stay. the moment we arrived one room was fully paid and the 2nd for 2 nights we had to pay. The lady said she cannot let us in if we dont pay right away the full amount. We had only euros and the lady didnt want to accept the 200Eur bill in the beginning. We said we have to take dinner after a 4 hour drive and come back with full amount in CZK. No i cannot check you in if you dont pay. After some time she agreed to keep the 200Euro bill until later. When coming downstairs before leaving - she even had the rest in euros. Anyway... 1st room - 1 night for our friends. My friend was refused to refill a coffee mug before leaving the breakfast area. OK, can be accepted, no big deal. 2nd room - 2 nights, second day we were leaving early(7:20) and the lady said that breakfast is served starting from 8am and refused listening to me asking for anything small instead(even a coffee would have been better than nothing). A blunt NO, breakfast is at 8 and off you go. (worth mentioning is that the breakfast room was almost fully set for the morning breakfast) we paid 113Eur for 2 nights, though some days it goes for as low as 32-35Eur per night. if you would like to retain customers some improvement in attitude is certainly required (we were surprised to read so many positive experiences regarding friendliness and then have these situations)
