I am familiar with the activities of the company since December 2017. Around that time, Alexander (director) worked with us. Reliable, intelligent, always trying to advise and help. Always fulfills his duties and promises.

When selling the apartment, I met with great professionalism, speed, willingness and reliability. Throughout the sale, I negotiated with Mr. Alexander Shkabatura, who gained my maximum trust through his actions. For me, the highest rating of this company.

We are cooperating with the company regarding the maintenance of the apartment: payment of communal services, taxes, everything is very accurate and accurate. I would like this level to continue. I would also like to add that recently the company’s employees helped in another difficult issue regarding the inclusion of my children in the ownership of the apartment, thanks to them for this.

My wife and I purchased an apartment in Teplice in 2014, and all this time we did not have any trouble with it - they all fell on the shoulders of the company Villa Flora. All that was required of us was to reimburse its expenses for its maintenance. They did not exceed the means of maintaining our apartment in Russia. By the way, our transfer in the Czech Republic was also the concern of the company, and it cost us less. But now it's time to part with the apartment. And all that was required of me was simply to inform Alexander, the director of the company, about our decision. And again, nothing was required of me for this. Alexander issued all the necessary papers, and I just had to go to the bank and get the money. It would seem that the company could forget about me. However, Alexander spent a lot of his personal time in order to speed up the multi-day process of receiving money from me, which was no longer dependent on him. Moreover, he rendered me invaluable service, choosing the most advantageous option for converting the Czech crowns I received to the currency I needed. I am pleased to write this review about Alexander Shkabatura because I am sure that I was very lucky with a real estate agent. From the very first consultation to the signing of the contract on the transfer of rights to the apartment, Alexander patiently and competently explained many of the nuances of the real estate market: what factors should be considered when choosing a home, what pitfalls exist and how not to stumble upon them; what expectations are real and what are not in modern conditions; and much more. I didn't feel any pressure from him. On the contrary, I felt the ability to take the position of the buyer and look at the situation with my eyes. Having studied and bypassed a dozen options, I made my choice and am very pleased with the decision I made. Separately, I would like to note the human qualities of Alexander. He is an interesting conversationalist, pleasant to talk to, and I will be happy to continue getting to know him in the future.

With VILLA FLORA, my relationship began in 2015 with the purchase of an apartment. Preliminary arrangements, arrival, display of apartments, and, in fact, the purchase itself were carried out perfectly and professionally. All documents were executed and I transferred the apartment to the management of the company. In 2017, there was a question about buying an apartment in the Czech Republic. And I was very lucky, I found this agency. It was magical. They showed it, issued it, rented it out, all problems with tenants and utilities were solved by the agency, every three months I received a payment for the rent. All bookkeeping was conducted by the agency under my power of attorney. But in 2020 I decided to sell the apartment. I made a power of attorney for Alexander and in two months they found a buyer and made a sale without my presence. Here you can really use the phrase "Everything is like in Europe." Why can I judge the professionalism of the team because it is compared to my parallel purchase of an apartment in Kiev (where the agency is the only thing that does it, it shows you the object).
