 Cozy place. Good breakfasts. Tram stop 5 minutes. Metro in 10. In winter, a bit cool in the rooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, rooms are nice and garden is convenient.
BUT what they don't say:
1/ they only accept that they wash your clothes themselves and you'll have to pay between 50 and 100 Kc everytime (after 6 months you end up paying a lot). Oh and also expect some of your clothes to become smaller after laundry...
2/ don't expect to be able to invite people or you get charged 25 kc per person you invite. This counts for barbecues as well. I have picture proof of it.
3/ forget parties. You'll get charged 2000 kc minimum from your deposit.
4/ inviting people to stay overnight costs you 5euros per person per night.
5/ kitchen is equipped but usually dirty so you don't really want to use the equipment they have.
6/ don't expect the care-taker which is the lady that cleans the house and spies on you to speak in english, no she will speak to you only in Czech and you figure it out.
7/ Sometimes they enter your room without your consent. I was in fact in the shower when they entered my room. Another of my flatmates was not even there when they entered.
8/ Kitchen closes after 10.30 pm until 6 am.
