★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Отличное место! Все есть, мы даже нашли немного муки. Есть парковка. Красивый и тихий район. Хотим ещё вернуться в Брно, когда будет больше времени (и тепло) и остановиться здесь опять.
 Perfect place! Everything is there, we even found a little flour. There is parking. Beautiful and quiet area. We want to return to Brno when there is more time (and warmth) and stay here again.

Very nice apartments. Purely. Lots of space. Pleased with breakfast. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, there is a coffee machine. We felt at home. Very, highly recommend! Thanks to the owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a place to stay while we waited for our new house to be ready, my wife was pregnant and we were dealing with the pandemic all at the same time. Villa Z was a perfect fit. Ground level, quiet street, parking provided, full kitchen, cat friendly, great owners, and a clean comfortable space. We couldn't have asked for more.
I highly recommend it for short/long visits to Brno, it's 10 minutes to the downtown core by tram, two separate lines located within 3 minutes of the property and local shops within walking distance. Honestly I could go on.
Thank you to the owners for their hospitality and generosity.
