We were at the Zimolky for a tasting and we can't complain at all. The tasting included refreshments (cheese, sausages, chicken roulade, stuffing, steaks, bacon and other sausages, pastries and excellent greaves spread), the price also included water and coffee, tasting of up to 20 wine samples and unlimited consumption of 7 types of cask wines. All for only CZK 650, I think that normally we would spend much more on it all. Father and son were very nice, in the evening they sat with us at the table and kept us company. We liked the wines so much that we each bought another 7 bottles at home. If we ever have a trip to Mutěnice we will definitely stop again! I highly recommend it to everyone and thank you very much again. ?

We have been going to Staň and Míša for a few years now. The tasting is perfect, I have never experienced better anywhere. We tasted 20 samples of wine, the food was home-smoked top and a great greaves spread. The cellars are really beautiful, clean and cozy. The whole tasting evening took place in a pleasant atmosphere. Accommodation without any problems in either the new or old cellar. If we were missing something, it was always resolved by agreement, and that's how it should be. We thank not only the boys, but the whole Zimolka family for a relaxing week and traditional Moravian hospitality. We would love to come again. TIP for improvement: some cushions on the terrace :)

For the first time we were with friends at Mr. Michal and Standy Zimolka's in the wine cellar in Mutěnice. Rooms very nice, cozy, clean and so the bathroom all with one star. Then we had a wine tasting and talking about each wine and cheese. The price also included a trough with sausages, stuffing, steak, roulade, salami and, of course, vegetables, cucumbers, water and wine to drink. Outside super terrace. As for the owners Michal and Standy Zimolka, the perfect approach, very nice and pleasant people and very helpful and communicative, we just have nothing to complain about. We will be very happy to return to Mutěnice here, it's great

In the wine cellar near Michal and Standa Zimolková we were accommodated for three nights by a group of 20 people. After reading the reviews, I completely agree with the opinion that the main goal of the owners is how to make as much money as possible for services that do not correspond to this. The accommodation was clean, but that's about all I can praise. Both the new cellar and the so-called "old cellar" served us for accommodation. The accommodation was tiny, lockers or hooks in the bathroom were quite insufficient, so it is not possible to take clothes out of bags, they could hang a towel in the bathroom for a maximum of two, which is really not enough in a room for up to five people. Due to the price (100, - / per person) we refused breakfast. There is no kitchen in the new cellar, so we brewed coffee in our own coffee machine on the ground. We also had to bring our own dishes. For 500, - per night per person nothing much comfort. And the tasting itself. Price per person is 650, -. For 19 people we had 4 trays of food on the table, separately bread and greaves spread. The value of the whole meal together was a maximum of 2000, -. The tasting was extensive, but among other things we learned that, especially in Čejkovice, only money is drawn from people, even though Jr. Mr. Zimolka knew that the day before we had been on the Čejkovice Wine Trail and we are their big fans. The specific bottles that opened for us could no longer be consumed. For whom else as a sample it was left, hard to say. When the evening was over, we asked Mr. Zimolka st. if he could give us another mug of wine, that we could finish it on the terrace. If we paid for it separately, of course. And that was the last straw that made me write this review. We have been going to Moravia very much for 8 years. This has never happened to us before and I hope we will never experience so much arrogance again.

We go to Moravia with friends very much. We have tried several areas, but we like the most in Mutěnice. We once found accommodation near Zimolky and we have always been clear ever since. The environment of their accommodation is perfectly satisfactory. We knew it above both the old and the new cellar. I don't find any serious mistakes there. If something happens (in the latter case, for example, a baby bath), the owners try to find a solution and help. If I have to comment on the tasting, we will definitely never miss it. They have really excellent wine and the tasting itself is accompanied by an explanation by Michal Zimolka with the significant assistance of his father Standy. For this, an excellent feast is prepared, which perhaps cannot even be arranged. We are always looking forward, for example, to their greaves spread ?. We really liked the winery of Michal and Standy Zimolková and we are very happy to return there. I'm not even afraid to say that we've become friends in the time we've been there. I warmly recommend.

We ordered a tasting in the wine cellar with refreshments from the father and son of the Zimols. The communication went well and upon arrival we were told to settle down and entertain. We were 4 and came hungry, saying we were eating here. There was a lot to eat - cheese, sausages, stuffing, steaks, ham, excellent greaves, etc. In the end, we didn't even eat everything and everyone was full to bursting. Then we were told that guided tasting could begin if we wanted. It was great, the cellar is newly renovated and modern. From the selection of up to 20 samples, we tasted about 15 with expert explanations from father and son about their wines and preparation. In the cellar we also got a carafe of water and something to eat (bread, cheese). Throughout our stay, we had an unlimited consumption of cask wines of up to 7 types! Subsequently, the owners kept us company throughout the evening, when they asked if we had anything to drink and took care of us. We talked until morning. We really liked the wine, so everyone left with at least a carton :-). It was a beautiful diversification of our holiday and we thank Zimolky for everything and we will definitely stop again.

I am responding to Mrs Hember's review. We have been going to Mutěnice with a group for several years, for a tasting in the wine cellar of Michal and Standa Zimolková. We were accommodated in the "old" and "new" cellar, but also in equipment of other owners, so I can compare. Accommodation at the Zimolkovs provides everything listed on their website, so complaints about insufficient equipment (missing kitchen, etc.) are unfounded. Nowadays, when everything can be found on the Internet, one has the opportunity to clarify what suits him and then order. You order based on YOUR OWN CHOICE !!! Accommodation meets the needs of a person who comes to enjoy wine and wants to sleep somewhere, wash, etc .. After experience with other accommodation, the rooms are comparable and sufficient for their purpose. The important thing is cleanliness and not the number of hooks in the bathroom. I think that for 500 CZK no one can expect a 5 * hotel. I don't understand why the lady mentions breakfast, which is not obligatory, and if the price seems 100 CZK high, don't let her order it. Tasting for 650 CZK is too much ?! Tasting of about 20 wine samples and a rich feast, which is probably not even consumed in its entirety. The lady should think and realize that the amount is not just for the value of the food she has in front of her. Refreshments must be purchased, prepared and then cleaned. Electricity and water are also not free. The tasting lasts 6 hours, it is dedicated to 2 people, it is extensive (approx. 20 samples) and the owners, who are always willing to answer all questions, certainly do not do it for free. It has never happened to us that they slandered other winemakers, whether local or local. As for the pitcher on the terrace outside the 6h tasting, it is common practice in practice that it is charged. Given Ms. Hemberová's negative review, I assume that a person is literate enough to read this information on a well-arranged and very nicely designed website, where all this information is also listed. And if she is not satisfied, whether with price or quality, she can buy wine in the supermarket and consume at home. In conclusion, I want to write that we were satisfied with Zimolky and we will be happy to return.
