Je vidět, že se všichni strašně snaží a stále mají radost z pochvaly. Doufám, že to takhle vydrží a určitě se vrátíme. Enormous enthusiasm ?. Jídlo bylo vynikající, včetně luxusního food platingu. A personál velmi profesionální. Navíc skvělá nabídka vín. Sem se budu ráda vracet. This place is the pinnacle of gastronomy in Pilsen! The environment of the Beseda building is amazing, but what the staff shows in the kitchen and on the spot is famous. The food was excellent, including luxury food plating. And the staff very professional. In addition, a great selection of wines. I'll be happy to come back here.

Perfektní empatický servis který Vám i ze špatného dne vykouzlí úsměv na tváři. Vše snoubené s dokonalou práci kuchyně. Samozřejmě zde nečekejte 3 chodové Menu během 20ti minut ani platbu stravenkou. Na návštěvu si musíte udělat čas, odměnou za to bude gastronomický zážitek srovnatelný se světovým zážitkem z Michelinských restaurací. Rozhodně doporučuji Finally quality gastronomy in Pilsen. If you are a fan of wine and quality gastronomy I can only recommend this place. Perfect empathetic service that will put a smile on your face even on a bad day. Poprvé přijela teta z Prahy hrát s FOKem, tam jsme tam jen zaběhli, že si dáme pivo...jasně do vinnýho bistra...na druhou stranu vinnýho bistra v měšťanský besedě v Plzni...a to by fakt nevadilo, že to čepujou ani ne do třetinek po prabábě, ale ta obsluha, když se tetička podivila, že nemaj ani půllitr...frňák až u stropu a že co jako čekáme a naproti je několik pivnic, to sice jo, ale ne v baráku a když má někdo za čtvrt hoďky hrát Berliotzovu fantastickou, tak se tímhle celkem pochopitelně nerad rozptyluje...podruhý jsme byli s mužem před Ziburou, obsluha opět na facku, jasně, bylo tam spoustu lidí, ale s tim prostě vzhledem k lokaci musí počítat, snažili jsme se vyjít maximálně vstříc a stejně to nebylo dost dobrý...problém u nás je pravděpodobně to, že na první dobrou nevypadáme, že máme prachy?...chtěli jsme tam oslavit mužovo narozky, protože ty šneky bychom si fakt dali, no, asi spíš ne... Z hlediska obsluhy se prezentují velice zajímavým a moderním přístupem, ať už je to finalizace pokrmů před hostem nebo velice kvalitní vinný lístek. Pražskou gastronomickou scénu zde lze zahlédnout už jen díky ukázkové komunikaci obsluhy s hostem. Velice profesionální a příjemná. Kuchyň na úrovni Fine dining! Kvalitní suroviny, super chuť a smysluplný koncept. Jen bych doporučil zapracovat na dezertech, ale ne každý skvělý kuchař má blízko pořádné cukrařině. Každopádně díky za super gastro zážitky, v kombinaci s prostředím = opravdu důstojné! By far the highest level of gastronomy in Pilsen.
