★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Anfang war ich zufrieden, doch schnell war der erste positive Eindruck verschwunden ...
Die Arbeiten sind teilweise unordentlich und nicht genau das liegt wohl daran das es immer schnell gehen muss !
Ganz schlimm find ich den Umgang mit den Kunden....Freundlichkeit wird anders geschrieben ,bis auf 2 Mitarbeiter .
Man wird nicht gefragt ob man zb. Acryl oder Gel Nägel will ,zumindest war das bei uns mehrfach so. Als wir den Mitarbeiter drauf hinwiesen das wir kein Acryl möchten, wurde dieser pampig und verwies und an eine Kollegin da er dies nicht kann ,was auch kein Problem ist aber die Art und Weise wie mit Kunden umgegangen wird ist nicht in Ordnung ! Auch ist es mir nicht nachvollziehbar ,das die Sachen die benutze werden beim Nägel machen nicht nach jedem Kunden desinfiziert wird! Für mich ein No-Go und somit war ich das letzte mal dort !

Very bad I find dealing with the customers .... Friendliness is written differently, except for 2 employees.
You will not be asked if you eg. Acrylic or gel nails want, at least that was several times with us. When we pointed out to the employee that we do not want acrylic, it was stuffy and pointed and to a colleague because he can not, which is not a problem but the way how to deal with customers is not OK! Also, it is incomprehensible to me that the things that are used when making nails are not disinfected after every customer! For me a no-go and therefore I was there for the last time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame die meine Maniküre machte, ging nicht auf meine Wünsche ein meinte immer nur "nicht schön", hat nur schnell schnell gemacht und war mega unfreundlich. Ist mir jetzt schon 2 mal passiert das nicht auf meine Wünsche eingegangen worden ist. Pediküre war ich bisher immer zufrieden heute ist die Farbe des frenchs total hässlich. Gehe nicht mehr dort hin.
The lady who did my manicure did not respond to my wishes and always said "not beautiful", just did it quickly and was extremely unfriendly. Has happened to me twice now that my wishes have not been met. Pedicure I was always satisfied so far, today the color of the french is totally ugly. Don't go there anymore.

Soll heißen, man sollte hier keine Wunder erwarten, die zahlt man aber auch nicht.
