Každopádně mi přijde trochu mimo, že pan prodavač při přípravě nápoje zapomene na 2 ze 4 ingrediencí (a to z těch 4 ingrediencí je jedna voda). To je takové poněkud nešťastné, přátelé ??‍♀️ Maybe the fruit will be good, I can't judge yet. Anyway, I find it a bit out of the question that the salesman forgets about 2 out of 4 ingredients when preparing a drink (one of those 4 ingredients is water). That's so somewhat unfortunate, friends ??‍♀️
E	Eliška Damborská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně lepší než objednávat z eshopu, se kterým jsem měla špatnou zkušenost. Na místě si člověk může vybrat jaké ovoce se mu zdá dobré, dají vám i ochutnat. Když jsme tam byli naposledy, byl tam fajn prodavač, dobře jsme si popovídali, dali jsme si i kafe, odnesli jsme si jackfruit, ananas, passion fruit, mangostan a další. Všechno bylo v dobré kvalitě. Když můžu, jdu tam nebo jdu na trhy. Definitely better than ordering from an e-shop with which I had a bad experience. On the spot, you can choose what fruit you think is good, they will let you taste it. The last time we were there, there was a nice salesman, we had a good chat, we also had coffee, we took jackfruit, pineapple, passion fruit, mangosteen and more. Everything was in good quality. When I can, I go there or I go to the markets.

Zbavují se starého shnileho ovoce které neprodaji a čast dají čerstvou. To je prostě hnus.. I ordered fruit, we were looking forward to the real taste and smell. Well, this came .. Perhaps Virunga will respond to the complaint .. They get rid of the old rotten fruit, which they do not report and partly make fresh. It's just disgusting ..
L	Linda Valeriánová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jsme bedýnku plodů a přišla po dvou týdnech, to bych ještě chápala, avšak zásilka byla neúplná, a když jsem se snažila to řešit, byla mi nabídnuta kompenzace ve výši chybějícího ovoce (žádný bonus navíc, přestože v bedýnce měl být za pozdní doručení, ale taky chyběl). No nic, řekla jsem si, že je to v pohodě, ovoce bylo výborné, tak si objednám znovu. Ale voucher stále nepřišel a to mi obsluha chatu výslovně napsala, že bych ho měla očekávat ten den večer. Momentálně mi nikdo neodpovídá. Ovoce je opravdu výborné, to doporučuji, ovšem komunikace a celkové doručení mě nutí příště spíše neobjednávat. We ordered a box of fruit and it arrived after two weeks, I still understood that, but the shipment was incomplete, and when I tried to deal with it, I was offered compensation in the amount of missing fruit (no extra bonus, although it was supposed to be in the box for late delivery, but also missing). Well, nothing, I thought it was cool, the fruit was delicious, so I'll order again. But the voucher still didn't come, and the chat staff explicitly wrote me that I should expect it that evening. No one is answering me at the moment. The fruit is really great, I recommend it, but the communication and overall delivery forces me not to order next time.

D	Daniel Korbel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborné ovoce a to až tak, že si moje desetiletá dcera místo klasického mikulášského cukrem nabitého balíčku letos přála právě plody z Virungy. A další by ráda na Vánoce... Berte zřetel na to, že si necháváte posílat živé a hlavně neošetřené potraviny za pokaždé jiných atmosférických podmínek. Svým způsobem prodejce obdivuji, protože mít kontrolu nad tím, v jakém stavu ovoce dorazí, je prakticky nemožné. A rozhodně doporučuji volit dopravu Messengerem, rychlost a kvalita dodání hraje velikou roli a těch pár korun navíc se u takové zásilky rozhodně vyplatí. Poslední balíček bohužel nedošel v požadované kondici(z časových důvodů zvoleno výdejní místo alternativního dopravce). Reklamováno dle přiložených instrukcí. Skvělý profesionální přístup. Dopoledne mnou založen případ, po obědě vyžádany fotky obchodem, odpoledne doloženo. Následně telefonát s omluvou, vysvětlením a informací, že bude náhradní zásilka ještě ten den odeslána Messengerem. Druhý den po poledni u mě zvoní doručovatel s balíčkem v perfektní kondici a to vše na trase Praha-Ostrava. Osobně se budu rád vracet. Excellent fruit, so much so that my ten-year-old daughter wanted fruit from Virunga instead of the classic Santa sugar-packed package this year. And more would like for Christmas ... Keep in mind that you have live and especially untreated food sent to you in different atmospheric conditions. In a way, I admire the seller, because it is practically impossible to have control over the condition of the fruit. And I definitely recommend choosing Messenger transport, the speed and quality of delivery plays a big role, and the few extra crowns will definitely pay off for such a shipment. Unfortunately, the last package did not arrive in the required condition (for time reasons, the dispensing point of the alternative carrier was chosen). Complained according to the enclosed instructions. Great professional approach. In the morning I started a case, after lunch requested photos from the store, in the afternoon documented. Then a phone call with an apology, explanation and information that the replacement shipment will be sent by Messenger that day. The next day in the afternoon, the delivery man with the package rings in perfect condition, all on the Prague-Ostrava route. Personally, I will be happy to return.
L	Lucia Floriánová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme v prodejně zakoupili dvě manga a bohužel nás čekalo zklamání. Jedno mango bylo ještě v pohodě, ale to druhé viz fotka putovalo rovnou do koše. Při zakoupení manga za 40,- v supermarketu bych to ještě chápala, ale v obchodě s tropickým ovocem, kde jsem za jedno mango dala 100,- bych očekávala mnohonásobně větší kvalitu!!! Do prodejny už určitě znovu nezavítám. Today we bought two mangoes in the store and unfortunately we were disappointed. One mango was still fine, but the other, see the photo, went straight to the basket. When I buy a mango for 40, - I would still understand it in the supermarket, but in a tropical fruit shop, where I gave 100 for one mango, - I would expect many times more quality !!! I will definitely not visit the store again.
A	Adam Quesnell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a fruit box for our friends from their website. It was a big disappointment. Half of the items promised were not delivered (dried fruit and syrup). The picture on their website shows the fruit presented in a nice basket, but the fruit arrived in a scruffy and battered cardboard box. Considering how expensive it is, it is not worth the money. Also, despite it being 'in stock' on the website, the fruit was actually still in Africa and took several days to arrive in CZ. ?
