Komunikace 0, aktivní musíte být vy, jinak se nic nedozvíte. Teď už jen doufám, že mi vrátí peníze zpět. Peníze z nich musíte dolovat a ještě Vám napíšou, že je to Vaše chyba, protože jste jim nenapsal číslo účtu kam poslat peníze - i když jsem platil kartou. I když nakonec zaplatili.(proto 2 hvězdičky) I do not recommend the shop, the complaint is rather negative, they will offer transportation for the next purchase for free, instead of discounts or active approach to the complaint. You have to spend money on them and they will write to you that it is your fault, because you did not write their account number where to send money - even if I paid by card. J	Jana L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak tuhle společnost opravdu NE. Nakoupila jsem od nich skrze partnerský prodej na mall.cz. Objednávka 25.11., dnes je 17.12. a stále nic nemám. Když jsem se sama začala pídit, kde tedy skoro po měsíci moje objednávka je, z viso trade mi napsali, že pro nevyzvednutí adresátem jim přepravce zásilku vrátil, zboží je již vyprodané a tak dárek k Vánocům nebude. Zajímavé je, že na webu přepravce je údaj o tom, že přeprava byla obchodníkem objednána dne 26.11., ale 5.12 byla stornována, jelikož obchodník nedodal zboží určené k přepravě. Balíček mi tedy nebyl a ani nemohl být doručován, jelikož viso trade nic přepravou neposlali. Zvláštní je, že mě za celý ten skoro měsíc nikdo nekontaktoval o tom, že zboží nebude doručeno, ani mi nebyly vráceny peníze. Až když jsem se sama ozvala, tak to teprve někdo zaregistroval. A na mallu ještě teď svítí informace o tom, že zboží z této objednávky čeká na předání přepravci a bude mi doručeno v nejbližších dnech. No prostě neuvěřitelný bordel. Ještě vtipnější je, že ono "vyprodané" zboží na webu mall.cz je stále vedeno jako "skladem u partnera více než 5 kusů" :D Ušetřete si nervy a nakupte jinde! So this company really is NOT. I bought from them through partner sales on mall.cz. Order 25.11., Today is 17.12. and I still have nothing. When I started to find myself, where almost my order is after almost a month, they wrote to me from viso trade that the carrier returned the shipment to them if the addressee did not pick it up, the goods are already sold out and so there will be no Christmas gift. It is interesting that on the carrier's website there is an indication that the transport was ordered by the trader on 26 November, but on 5 December it was canceled because the trader did not deliver the goods intended for transport. So the package was not and could not be delivered to me, because they did not send anything by viso trade. The strange thing is that in the whole almost month, no one contacted me about the fact that the goods would not be delivered, nor was my money returned. It wasn't until I called myself that someone registered. And the information is still lit on the malla that the goods from this order are waiting to be handed over to the carrier and will be delivered to me in the coming days. Well, just an incredible mess. Even more funny is that the "sold out" goods on the mall.cz website are still listed as "in stock with a partner of more than 5 pieces": D Save your nerves and shop elsewhere!

Doručené to bolo v stredu, objednané cez víkend,k tomu bol v pondelok sviatok.Pridávam aj fotku. I give 5 stars. The cage for the parrot arrived in order, assembly without problems. Vráceno v pořádku ale poštovného poštovné se prý vrací jen při reklamaci . tak že mě to abych zjistil že je taková firma stálo 250 kč. a nic z toho. So here's the company for sure. I withdrew from the contract due to the fact that what I expected did not come, wrong product description incomplete. Returned in order, but the postage is said to be refunded only in the event of a complaint. so that to find out that such a company cost me 250 CZK. and none of that.
